Resumo: | The evolution of technology and production methods has led to revolutions in industry fields. The first three Industrial Revolution were marks of these advances, and they keep being studied after their occurrence. In 2011, at Germany, the term Industry 4.0 was created. It refers to the Fourth Industrial Revolution, which has been studied before it happens, or while it is happening, differently of the previous three. Industry 4.0 uses technologies such as Internet of Things and Cyber-Physical Systems to build smart-factories, where machines and human interact and make decision based on real time information. The interaction of these actors makes huge and complex production networks, which study is important to the advance of Industry 4.0; nevertheless, this study is too expensive in the real environment. In this context, modeling and simulation techniques can be used to allow analysis and evaluation of different production scenarios. This work had as goal the development of a software simulator for the analysis of Industry 4.0 production networks. Therefore, Design Science Research method was used. This method is used when the research aims to build constructs to solve relevant problems, based on scientific rigor and the extension of the solution to a class of problems. The simulator development began with literature review and requirements definition. After that, an Industry 4.0 production network model was created and, then, three algorithms were proposed to define nodes and paths to execute production tasks in the network. The algorithms were based on depth-first search, breadth-first search and genetic algorithm metaheuristic. Both production model and the algorithms were validated. The simulator was implemented as a software, and tests were performed to check different algorithms and network structures behaviors, as well as networks behaviors with failures. Among the three proposed algorithms, genetic algorithm obtained better results regarding to tasks execution. Besides, it was proved that the simulator can be used to evaluate different scenarios, base on production analysis in different networks configurations, as well as in the presence of failures. Then, the work achieved its goal, and it can be used in different areas of Industry 4.0 production networks study, being a theoretical framework to these networks analysis. |

As três Revoluções Industriais foram marcos desses avanços, e continuam sendo estudados após o seu acontecimento. Em 2011, na Alemanha, surge o termo Indústria 4.0, referindo-se ao que seria a Quarta Revolução Industrial e que, ao contrário das revoluções predecessoras, vem sendo estudada a priori, isto é, antes de acontecer ou durante o seu acontecimento. A Indústria 4.0 faz uso de tecnologias como a Internet das Coisas e os Sistemas Ciber-Físicos para a construção de fábricas inteligentes, onde máquinas e humanos interagem e tomam decisões com base em informações obtidas em tempo real. A interação desses atores forma grandes redes complexas de produção, cujo estudo é importante para o avanço da Indústria 4.0, embora seja muito custoso em seu ambiente real. Neste contexto, técnicas de modelagem e simulação computacional podem ser utilizadas para analisar e avaliar diferentes cenários de produção, buscando predizer situações futuras. Este trabalho teve como objetivo a construção de um software simulador para a análise de redes de produção da Indústria 4.0. Para tanto, fez-se uso da metodologia da Design Science Research, um método que prevê a elaboração de construtos para a solução de problemas relevantes, tendo por base o rigor científico e a extensão da solução para uma classe de problemas. A elaboração do simulador foi feita a partir de uma revisão da literatura e definição de um conjunto de requisitos. Foi construído um modelo de produção em redes da Indústria 4.0, e foi elaborado o problema de definição de nós para a execução de uma tarefa de produção nestas redes. Também foram propostos três algoritmos para a definição de nós e caminhos para a execução de tarefas de produção na rede (baseados em busca em largura, busca em profundidade e algoritmo genético); tanto o modelo quanto os algoritmos foram validados. O simulador foi implementado, e testes foram feitos para verificar o comportamento dos diferentes algoritmos e de diferentes estruturas de rede, bem como o comportamento das redes na presença de anomalias. Dentre os três algoritmos propostos, verificou-se que o algoritmo genético obteve melhores resultados quanto à execução de tarefas. Além disso, comprovou-se que o simulador pode ser utilizado para avaliar diferentes cenários, a partir da análise de produção em diferentes configurações de redes, bem como na presença de falhas. Com isso, destaca-se que o trabalho atingiu o seu objetivo, e pode ser utilizado em diferentes áreas para o estudo da produção em redes da Indústria 4.0, servindo como um arcabouço teórico para a análise dessas redes.Companhia Petroquímica do Sul, COPESULporUniversidade Federal de Santa MariaCentro de Ciências Sociais e HumanasPrograma de Pós-Graduação em AdministraçãoUFSMBrasilAdministraçãoAttribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 Internationalhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessSimuladorProduçãoRedeIndústria 4.0SimulationProductionNetworkIndustry 4.0CNPQ::CIENCIAS SOCIAIS APLICADAS::ADMINISTRACAOUm simulador para análise de redes de produção da indústria 4.0A simulator to industry 4.0 production networks analysisinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersioninfo:eu-repo/semantics/doctoralThesisSimonetto, Eugênio de Oliveirahttp://lattes.cnpq.br/1853313255345200Dhein, GuilhermeLehnhart, Eliete dos ReisPutnik, Goran D.Santos, Wellington Furtadohttp://lattes.cnpq.br/6915734471401947Pereira, Adriano60020000000660060060060060060060046143f1d-dcb6-4ea3-87da-086a25162766ebcbdc1c-9524-4827-9304-6807058fbbe33e68d5f1-29cb-49fc-96a5-a2c12939097bd0334567-4116-4d92-a95b-c643d76a3b23417ea47e-c7b6-4aac-8542-259b20f8fcc516fb7e48-52bb-4d12-9e3d-d6720017e399reponame:Manancial - Repositório Digital da UFSMinstname:Universidade Federal de Santa Maria (UFSM)instacron:UFSMORIGINALTES_PPGADMINISTRACAO_2019_PEREIRA_ADRIANO.pdfTES_PPGADMINISTRACAO_2019_PEREIRA_ADRIANO.pdfTeseapplication/pdf1199307http://repositorio.ufsm.br/bitstream/1/20541/1/TES_PPGADMINISTRACAO_2019_PEREIRA_ADRIANO.pdfc24f1463bf0b86262cf5f35a34541a28MD51CC-LICENSElicense_rdflicense_rdfapplication/rdf+xml;
