Resumo: The objective of this research was to analyze and compare phonological aspects such as phonetic inventory, phonological system, severity of the speech sound disorders, altered distinctive traits and phonological processes, as well as phonological and phonoarticulatory awareness, besides the auditory aspects of the abilities and variables present in Long Auditory Evoked Potential Long. Comparisons of the phonological and auditory aspects were performed before and after the intensive period of treatment in children with speech sound disorders. Twenty-five therapy sessions were assigned. The children were randomly drawn among three groups. Group 1 - Placebo: This group received no specific treatment for speech deviations, only used the computer resource to play on a website. The Group 2-Cycles Traditional: the therapy used the Modified Cycles Model. And the Group 3-SIFALA ("Speech Intervention Software"): the therapy used the proposal of the Strata Model based on Stimulability and Segment Complexity that was developed in software format. The categorization of these groups obeys the methodological questions of a randomized clinical trial. The evaluation of the children and the treatment of one of the SIFALA group were carried out by the responsible researcher. The other two groups were treated by fellowship academics of the Speech Language Pathology program. The reassessment of all procedures was performed by speech language pathologists with experience in speech and hearing areas who did not have knowledge about the variables of the research, so it was categorized as a single-blind trial. After the treatment period, the data were compared by means of the statistical analysis that used as a criterion to estimate the effects in each therapy group using the linear regression model with mixed effects for the quantitative variables responses. Also was used the polytomic logistic model for ordinal qualitative variables. In addition, Chi-Square and Wilcoxon tests were used for analysis of the abilities and variables of Long Auditory Evoked Potential. A significance level of 0.05 was set for all tests. Most of the children treated presented gains in the phonological and auditory variables. The therapeutic models used fulfilled the objective of reorganization of the phonological system, being possible to point out as innovative and differentiated the model using software-SIFALA. Key Words: Children. Language. Speech Sound Disorders. Auditory Perception. Rehabilitation of Speech Sound Disorders.

Rehabilitation of Speech Sound Disorders.O objetivo desta pesquisa é analisar e comparar as variáveis fonológicas como inventário fonético, sistema fonológico, gravidade do desvio fonológico, traços distintivos alterados e processos fonológicos, bem como consciência fonológica e consciência fonoarticulatória, além dos aspectos auditivos e das habilidades presentes no Potencial Evocado Auditivo de Longa Latência. As comparações dos aspectos fonológicos e auditivos foram realizadas pré e pós período de tratamento fonológico intensivo de crianças que apresentavam desvio fonológico. Foram destinadas 25 sessões de terapia para cada criança. As mesmas foram distribuídas de forma aleatória entre três grupos. O grupo 1, Placebo, não recebeu nenhum tratamento específico para os desvios de fala, apenas utilizou o recurso do computador para jogar em um website. No grupo 2, Ciclos-Tradicional, foi utilizado o Modelo de Ciclos Modificado. O grupo 3, SIFALA, utilizou a proposta do Modelo de Estratos por Estimulabilidade e Complexidade dos Segmentos, que foi desenvolvido em formato de software e nomeado Software de Intervenção de Fala − SIFALA. A categorização desses grupos obedece às questões metodológicas de um ensaio clínico randomizado. A avaliação das crianças e o tratamento do grupo SIFALA foram realizados pela pesquisadora responsável. Os outros dois grupos foram tratados por acadêmicas de iniciação científica do Curso de Fonoaudiologia da UFSM. A reavaliação de todos os procedimentos foi executada por fonoaudiólogas com experiência nas áreas de fala e audição que não possuíam conhecimento a respeito das variáveis da pesquisa, o que categoriza este ensaio como simples-cego. Após o período de tratamento, comparou-se os dados por meio da análise estatística, utilizando como critério estimar os efeitos, em cada grupo de terapia, por meio do modelo de regressão linear com efeitos mistos para as variáveis com respostas quantitativas. Também foi utilizado o modelo logístico politômico para as variáveis qualitativas ordinais, entre outros testes, que validaram estes dois modelos. Entre eles estão os testes Exato de Fisher, Shaphiro-Wilk e Levene T, para amostras correlacionadas, e Análise de Variância. Foram utilizados, ainda, o teste Qui-Quadrado e o teste de Wilcoxon para análise das habilidades e variáveis do Potencial Evocado Auditivo de Longa Latência. Para todos os testes, foi fixado o nível de significância de 0,05. A maioria das crianças tratadas apresentou evoluções nas variáveis fonológicas e auditivas. Os modelos terapêuticos utilizados cumpriram com o objetivo do tratamento fonológico, podendo-se apontar como inovador e diferenciado o modelo utilizando software – SIFALA.Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior - CAPESporUniversidade Federal de Santa MariaCentro de Ciências da SaúdePrograma de Pós-Graduação em Distúrbios da Comunicação HumanaUFSMBrasilFonoaudiologiaAttribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 Internationalhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessCriançasLinguagemDesvio fonológicoPercepção auditivaReabilitação dos desvios de falaChildrenLanguageSpeech sound disordersAuditory perceptionRehabilitation of speech sound disordersCNPQ::CIENCIAS DA SAUDE::FONOAUDIOLOGIAAspectos fonológicos e auditivos em diferentes abordagens terapêuticas: ensaio clínico randomizadoPhonological and hearing aspects in different therapeutic approaches: randomized clinical testinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersioninfo:eu-repo/semantics/masterThesisKeske-Soares, Marciahttp://lattes.cnpq.br/2993790524055307Brancalioni, Ana Ritahttp://lattes.cnpq.br/9539857141611400Ceron, Marizete Ilhahttp://lattes.cnpq.br/5947087394553944Giacchini, Vanessahttp://lattes.cnpq.br/6048293980778096http://lattes.cnpq.br/7039894531418318Simoni, Simone Nicolini de4007000000036007111bb9f-1776-4aab-8e30-b42fd40925dbf1b86612-e428-47da-a33a-4302df8d76cc6127e5c1-c9f9-42a3-8e80-6acde5d96cd87872a99f-2dc7-4aad-9865-2ad6cd0541403ac9a705-1c66-4296-a5ad-70de83089fdcreponame:Manancial - Repositório Digital da UFSMinstname:Universidade Federal de Santa Maria (UFSM)instacron:UFSMCC-LICENSElicense_rdflicense_rdfapplication/rdf+xml;
