Resumo: | This thesis presents the production of video lessons. Its investigation is aimed to integrate the production of videoconference as a pedagogical resource in higher education, be it presential or at a distance. As a guiding question it was elaborated: systematize a pedagogical project to implement a teacher training workshop with focus on video lessons production in higher educationThis study focuses on educational technologies network for innovation and democratization of the education, and it is part of the research line of Educational Technologies Network Management. The research adopted the typical methodological procedures of Desing-Based Research (DBR). The present research was applied in four phases and three iterative cycles in a context of university professors and postgraduate students training, which was focused on the use of the free software for screen capture Kazam. In a way to collect the data, it was applied diagnostic and evaluation questionnaires, the data registered during the workshop, the workshop design as well the participant’s feedback in relation to the accomplished activities. The first cycle was the application of the questionnaires and the video lessons production workshop in partnership with a search group, GEPETER. After the questionnaire data analysis and the workshop application, was made the redesign for the next application. In the second cycle, it was decided to make the diagnostic questionnaire available online for the post-graduation sectors at the Federal University of Santa Maria. In the third cycle the workshop and the evaluation questionnaire were applied to the group of teachers enrolled in the workshop held via Educational Technology Center. It was obtained, as results, that video lessons production is a pedagogical resource of great audiovisual potential in the teaching and learning processes, which provides changes in the educational context that are mediated by the educational technologies network. The final product for this professional master’s degree is the “Pedagogical Proposal Based on Research: Workshop of video lesson production through free software for screen capture Kazam”. It is a subsidy for managers and educational institutions that intend to invest in teacher training processes to foster pedagogical innovation. |

El objetivo de investigación es Sistematizar un proyecto pedagógico para implementar taller de capacitación docente enfocado en la producción de vídeo clase en la enseñanza superior.La pregunta guía de la investigación fue: ¿en qué medida la videoclase contribuye como recurso pedagógico en la enseñanza superior presencial y a distancia? Este estudio tiene como área de concentración tecnologías educacionales en red para innovación y democratización de la educación y es parte de la línea de investigación Gestión de Tecnologías Educacionales en Red. La investigación adoptó los procedimientos metodológicos típicos del Design- Based Research (DBR). El estudio ocurrió en cuatro fases y tres ciclos interactivos en contexto de capacitación de profesores universitarios y estudiantes de posgrado con foco en el uso de software libre de captura de pantallas Kazam. Para la colecta de datos se aplicaron cuestionarios diagnóstico y evaluativo, datos registrados durante el taller, diseño del taller, así como las retroalimentaciones de los participantes durante las actividades realizadas. El primer ciclo fue la aplicación de los cuestionarios y el taller de producción de videoclase con el grupo de investigación GEPETER. Después del análisis de los datos del cuestionario y aplicación del taller, se realizó el rediseño para la próxima aplicación. En el segundo ciclo se optó por colocar el cuestionario diagnóstico de forma online para los sectores de posgrado de la Universidad Federal de Santa María. En el tercer ciclo se aplicó el taller y el cuestionario evaluativo para el grupo de profesores inscritos en el nuevo taller realizado vía Núcleo Tecnología Educacional. Se obtuvo como resultados que la producción de videoclase es un recurso pedagógico de gran potencial audiovisual en los procesos de enseñanza-aprendizaje, proporcionando cambios en el contexto educacional mediado por las tecnologías educacionales en red. El producto final de la maestría profesional es la “Propuesta Pedagógica Basada en Investigación: Taller de Producción de Videoclase con Software Libre de Captura de Pantalla Kazam”. Se trata de un subsidio para gestores e instituciones educacionales que pretenden invertir en procesos de capacitación de profesores para fomentar innovación pedagógica.A presente dissertação tem como tema a produção de videoaula.O objetivo de pesquisa é sistematizar um projeto pedagógico para implementar oficina de capacitação docente com foco na produção de videoaula no ensino superior. Como questão norteadora da pesquisa elaborou-se o seguinte: em que medida a videoaula contribui como recurso pedagógico no ensino superior presencial e a distância? Este estudo tem como área de concentração tecnologias educacionais em rede para inovação e democratização da educação e está inserido na linha de pesquisa Gestão de Tecnologias Educacionais em Rede. A pesquisa adotou os procedimentos metodológicos típicos do Design- Based Research (DBR). No segundo ciclo optou-se por disponibilizar o questionário diagnóstico de forma online para os setores de pós-graduação da Universidade Federal de Santa Maria. No terceiro ciclo aplicou-se a oficina e o questionário avaliativo para o grupo de professores inscritos na oficina realizada via Núcleo Tecnologia Educacional. Obteve-se como resultados, que a produção de videoaula é um recurso pedagógico de grande potencial audiovisual nos processos de ensino-aprendizagem, proporcionando mudanças no contexto educacional mediado pelas tecnologias educacionais em rede. O produto final do mestrado profissional é a “Proposta Pedagógica Baseada em Pesquisa: Oficina de Produção de Videoaula com Software Livre de Captura de Tela Kazam”.
