Resumo: | This thesis deals with the life stories of rural teachers and multigrade classes in the municipalities of Santa Maria (RS) and São Gabriel (RS, existence, their knowledge. Practices and training processes. The research aims to value the stories of life and personnel of teachers who work in rural schools and multigrade classes, to know and understand their knowledge, practices and training processes in the context of the countryside and multigrade classes. The research methodology used was a qualitative approach, based on in the studies of Bauer and Gskell (2002). The instruments used for the collection of information the narrative interviews (narrative game mosaic of memories), the (auto) biographical reports. a methodology by the author-researcher, entitled narrative game. The Narrative game was anchored in Bergson's theory, which is supported by studies on memories, time. through the Narrativas interviews, which aimed to dive into life stories to get to know the paths. Faced with this challenge, seek to go beyond the narratives of an educator, of an educator and establish life paths, professional training and singularities of the school routine of teachers in the municipalities of Santa Maria and São Gabriel, RS. A literature review was developed, involving the theme of rural education and multigrade classes and productions related to life stories. The theoretical assumptions that support the research were anchored in Abrahão (2006, 2008, 2014); Antunes (2001, 2007); Antunes and Ribas (2015); Hage (2010a, 2010b, 2011); Arroyo (2011), Caldart (2011); Molina (2011); Guendin (2012); Alves (2009); Molinari (2009); Novoa (1995); Ribas and Antunes (2014); Santos (2007); Souza and Ferreira (2009); Ribas and Antunes (2016); Bergson (1999), Josso (2004), Ricoeur (1991). The narratives announced the knowledge and actions of the teachers that they acquired throughout their pedagogical practice and life experiences. Finally, through narratives and annunciations, we collectively built a training seminar addressing the themes raised in the narratives of rural education teachers and working in multigrade classes in the municipalities of Santa Maria, RS and São Gabriel, RS. |

Prácticas y procesos de formación. La investigación tiene como objetivo valorar las historias de vida y personal de docentes que laboran en escuelas rurales y aulas multigrado, para conocer y comprender sus saberes, prácticas y procesos formativos en el contexto del campo y aulas multigrado.La metodología de investigación utilizada fue de enfoque cualitativo, basada en los estudios de Bauer y Gskell ( 2002). Los instrumentos utilizados para la recolección de la información fueron las entrevistas narrativas (juego narrativo mosaico de recuerdos), los relatos (auto)biográficos. Una metodología de la autora-investigadora, denominada juego narrativo. El juego narrativo se ancló en la teoría de Bergson, lo cual se sustenta en estudios sobre la memoria, el tiempo. a través de las entrevistas Narrativas, que tuvo como objetivo sumergirse en las historias de vida para conocer los caminos. Frente a ese desafío, buscar ir más allá de las narrativas de un educador, de un educador y establecer caminos de vida, formación profesional y singularidades del cotidiano escolar de los docentes en los municipios de Santa Maria y São Gabriel, RS. Se desarrolló una revisión bibliográfica, involucrando el tema de la educación rural y clases multigrado y producciones relacionadas con historias de vida. Los supuestos teóricos que sustentan la investigación fueron anclados en Abrahão (2006, 2008, 2014); Antunes (2001, 2007); Antunes y Ribas (2015); Hage (2010a, 2010b, 2011); Arroyo (2011), Caldart (2011); Molina (2011); Guendín (2012); Alves (2009); Molinari (2009); Novoa (1995); Ribas y Antunes (2014); Santos (2007); Souza y Ferreira (2009); Ribas y Antunes (2016); Bergson (1999), Josso (2004), Ricoeur (1991). Las narrativas dieron a conocer los saberes y acciones de los docentes que adquirieron a lo largo de su práctica pedagógica y experiencias de vida. Finalmente, a través de narrativas y anuncios, construimos colectivamente un seminario de formación que aborda los temas planteados en las narrativas de los profesores de educación rural y que trabajan en clases multigrado en los municipios de Santa Maria, RS y São Gabriel, RSEsta Tese versa sobre as histórias de vida dos professores do campo e classes multisseriadas dos municípios de Santa Maria (RS) e São Gabriel (RS, a existência, seus saberes. Fazeres e processos de formação. A pesquisa tem como objetivo, valorizar as histórias de vida e pessoal dos professores (as) que atuam nas escolas do campo e classes multisseriadas, conhecer e compreender seus saberes, fazeres e processos formativos no contexto do campo e das classes multisseriadas. A metodologia de pesquisa utilizada foi a abordagem qualitativa, com base nos estudos de Bauer e Gskell (2002). Os instrumentos utilizados para a coleta de informações as entrevistas narrativas (jogo narrativo mosaico de memórias), os relatos(auto) biográficos. Para a coleta dos dados que se utilizou de entrevistas narrativas, foi criado uma metodologia pela autora- pesquisadora, intitulado jogo narrativo. O jogo Narrativo foi ancorado no teórico de Bergson, que tem como suporte os estudos sobre memórias, tempo. Através das entrevistas Narrativas, que teve como objetivo lançar -se nas histórias de vida para conhecer os percursos . Diante deste desafio, procurar ir além das narrativas de uma educadora, de um educador e estabelecer traçados de vidas, formação profissional e singularidades do cotidiano escolar das professoras dos municípios de Santa Maria e São Gabriel, RS. Foi desenvolvido uma revisão de literatura, envolvendo a temática educação do campo e classes multisseriadas e produções relacionadas a histórias de vida. Os pressupostos teóricos que sustentam a pesquisa foram ancorados em Abrahão (2006, 2008, 2014); Antunes (2001, 2007); Antunes e Ribas (2015); Hage (2010a, 2010b, 2011); Arroyo ( 2011), Caldart (2011); Molina ( 2011); Guendin (2012); Alves ( 2009); Molinari (2009); Nóvoa (1995); Ribas e Antunes (2014); Santos (2007); Souza e Ferreira (2009); Ribas e Antunes (2016); Bergson( 1999), Josso (2004), Ricoeur(1991). As narrativas anunciaram saberes e fazeres das professoras que adquiriram ao longo da prática pedagógica e de experiências de vida.
