Resumo: | In 2014, the first public condominium of collaborative housing for the elderly was structured in Brazil. The pioneering experience, which aims to provide decent housing for low-income seniors, located in the city of João Pessoa- Paraíba. In the city of Santa Maria – Rio Grande do Sul, a group of people, inspired by the idea, started the creation of a condominium along the same lines, by private initiative, but both aimed at the same public, low-income elderly people. This research aimed to understand the perceptions about the housing model for longevity called cohousing from its (future) residents, employees and creators; and knowing the aspirations of elderly people with the intention of living in this type of place, taking into account the interest in implementing them in other cities in Brazil, thus having a housing option for the independent elderly. This is an exploratory, descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with a script developed by the researcher, through instant messaging applications, respecting the Social Isolation guided by the World Health Organization, due to the Pandemic by Covid-19. All interviews were recorded using a recorder, and later transcribed to carry out a content analysis report, proposed by Bardin (2011). The results showed that this collaborative housing model is also identified as a “cohousing”, with similar principles and benefits.It was found that elderly people living in collaborative housing reported significant changes in their quality of life, which was confirmed through the reports of local employees, and that the motivations for implementing the idea in other places are similar to the perceptions of the elderly people who already reside in this housing model. The project's creators were based on Cidade Madura and their own concerns about the aging process, while future residents were able to think about their current experiences and envision a future with more safety, tranquility, health and respect. |

A experiência pioneira, que visa oferecer uma moradia digna a idosos de baixa renda, localizada na cidade de João Pessoa- Paraíba. Na cidade de Santa Maria – Rio Grande do Sul, um grupo de pessoas, inspirados pela ideia, deu início a criação de um condomínio nos mesmos moldes, de iniciativa privada, mas ambos destinados ao mesmo público, as pessoas idosas de baixa renda. Esta pesquisa o teve como objetivo, compreender as percepções sobre o modelo de moradia para a longevidade denominado cohousing a partir dos seus (futuros)residentes, funcionários e idealizadores; e conhecer as aspirações de pessoas idosas com intenção de residir nesse tipo de local, levando em consideração o interesse em implantá-las em outras cidades do Brasil, tendo assim uma opção de habitação para o idoso independente. Trata-se de uma pesquisa exploratória, descritiva de abordagem qualitativa. Foram realizadas entrevistas semiestruturadas com roteiro desenvolvido pela pesquisadora, através de aplicativos de mensagens instantâneas, respeitando o Isolamento Social orientado pela Organização Mundial da Saúde, devido Pandemia por Covid-19. Todas as entrevistas, foram registradas por meio de gravador, sendo posteriormente transcritos para realização de um relatório de análise de conteúdo, proposto por Bardin (2011). Os resultados demonstraram que este modelo de moradia colaborativa também é identificado como uma “cohousing”, sendo seus princípios e benefícios semelhantes. Constatou-se que os idosos que vivem em moradias colaborativas, relataram mudanças significativas na qualidade de vida, o que foi confirmado através dos relatos dos funcionários do local, e que as motivações para se implementar a ideia em outros locais, são semelhantes as percepções das pessoas idosas que já residem nesse modelo de moradia. Os idealizadores do projeto tomaram como base o Cidade Madura e suas próprias preocupações com o processo de envelhecimento, já os futuros residentes conseguiram pensar suas experiências atuais e vislumbrar um futuro com mais segurança, tranquilidade, saúde e respeito.porUniversidade Federal de Santa MariaCentro de Educação Física e DesportosPrograma de Pós-Graduação em GerontologiaUFSMBrasilCiências da SaúdeAttribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 Internationalhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessEnvelhecimentoMoradias colaborativasHabitação para idososGerontologiaAgingCollaborative housingHousing for the elderlyGerontologyCNPQ::CIENCIAS DA SAUDE“Isso aqui é um sonho!” - percepções e possibilidades acerca de moradias colaborativas destinadas à pessoa idosa no Brasil“This is a dream!” - perceptions and possibilities about collaborative dwellings for elderly people in Brazilinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersioninfo:eu-repo/semantics/masterThesisSiqueira, Monalisa Dias dehttp://lattes.cnpq.br/0994530332510835Delboni, Miriam Cabrera CorveloIlha, Silomarhttp://lattes.cnpq.br/5068005829316331Jeske, Taciane Gabriela4000000000016006006006006007c786244-82f8-402d-bc93-aa4d776ddb90885d7d66-c0e9-4065-acf2-4ed21781e370aa263b8a-5de3-45a4-b8f6-9448ddf109ba2b985741-ade9-4305-a680-03f7c818aad2reponame:Biblioteca Digital de Teses e Dissertações do UFSMinstname:Universidade Federal de Santa Maria (UFSM)instacron:UFSMORIGINALDIS_PPGGERONTOLOGIA_2021_JESKE_TACIANE.pdfDIS_PPGGERONTOLOGIA_2021_JESKE_TACIANE.pdfDissertação de mestradoapplication/pdf1223120http://repositorio.ufsm.br/bitstream/1/30382/1/DIS_PPGGERONTOLOGIA_2021_JESKE_TACIANE.pdff3a0a30499788443646924d0fbff158cMD51CC-LICENSElicense_rdflicense_rdfapplication/rdf+xml;
