Resumo: | The dissertation "ReciproCity: Community dogs in Associative Networks ", drawn up in the line of art and technology research of the graduate program in Visual Arts of the Federal University of Santa Maria-UFSM/PPGART, deals with the implementation of proposals art in urban interventions focused on interaction between humans and non-humans via communication objects, from approaches about the Internet of things and of Actor-Network Theory. Referring to such approaches as physical things and digital communication associated with the network, by means of exchanges of data, make objects able to communicate. The theme of this dissertation discusses the present abandonment in the urban environment, proposing through the network, a way to connect and communicate what was somehow overlooked, as regards Community dogs from the city of Santa Maria, RS. In this sense, the poetic works: "Abandoned", interactive installation in augmented reality, in which mobile devices were used to generate trade and informational streams and "Reciprocity", urban interventions that, in a first step, were carried out with use of QR Codes stickers and "lick", with the use of augmented reality. In a second step, to the network deployment, was created, a blog/site where are inserted community dogs mappings as affective markers, showing their relationship to the environment and the community, and later a public page on Facebook with respect to urban interventions carried out and the interactions with the community. It was conceived and executed the communicational object "Touches", housing for dogs who live on the street. As theoretical basis used the Actor-Network Theory (TAR) that takes in your Bruno Latour leading exponent, since the study discusses the relationships between humans and non-humans interacting without hierarchies and hybrid form, generating network associations in particular urban collective. |
