Resumo: | This Master Thesis is about the area of Educational Technologies Networking for Innovation and Democratization of Education, concerning the Management of Educational Technologies Networking. The purpose of this research is the Innovative High School Program (“ProEMI”, in portuguese), instituted in 2009, as a strategy of the Government to extend the school day and the curricular organization, from the perspective of Integral Education. Integral education aims at better learning of students in public schools, through various interdisciplinary activities, including communication and digital culture. Therefore, we wonder: how does the Innovative High School Program (ProEMI) development process take place in Rio Grande do Sul, specifically in the 8th Regional Education Coordination (“CRE”, in portuguese)? How do the uses and appropriations of the media and Information and Communication Technologies (“TIC”, in portuguese) occur? The Innovative High School Program (ProEMI), which has as a paradigm a transversal Educommunicative praxis, enables the process of development of the protagonism and the emancipation of students? In order to answer these questions, we investigated the uses and appropriations of the media and the Information and Communication Technologies (TIC) in the Innovative High School Program in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, specifically in the 8th CRE, as well as the process of developing the protagonism and the emancipation of the students involved. Besides this general goal, we aimed: 1) To study the relationship between Integral Education, Innovative High School Program, Educommunication and Technological Mediation; 2) To verify the Macrofields of the Innovative High School Program, activities and results obtained in the public schools of the state of Rio Grande do Sul (8th CRE); 3) To know the main challenges and opportunities of technological mediation in the development of ProEMI. To achieve the proposed objectives, we follow five methodological steps: 1º) Exploratory research through an article of specialization produced by the researcher; 2º) State of art; 3º) Document search; 4º) Bibliographic research (MOLL, 2012; SOARES, 2002, 2011; DEMO, 2007; FREIRE, 1993; KAPLÚN, 1999; BIANCHETTI & JANTSCH, 1995); 5º) Research through the application of questionnaires with open and closed questions to the CRE's of the RS, as well as the mediating teachers of the Educommunication Project of the selected schools, belonging to the 8th CRE. Even with all the adversities observed during the ProEMI implementation and development trajectory, we find that schools are managing to create partnerships with the aim of providing integral training to their students, taking advantage of educational practices in particular. Therefore, the results of this study will be published in national and international journals so that the relevance in the treatment of the integral formation of the students can be perceived. |

O objeto dessa pesquisa é o Programa Ensino Médio Inovador (ProEMI), instituído em 2009, como uma estratégia do Governo Federal para indução da ampliação da jornada escolar e a organização curricular, na perspectiva da Educação Integral. Visa uma melhor aprendizagem aos estudantes das escolas da rede pública, por meio de atividades interdisciplinares de variadas naturezas, dentre elas a comunicação e a cultura digital. Para tanto, levantamos os seguintes questionamentos: como se dá o processo de desenvolvimento do ProEMI no Rio Grande do Sul, mais especificamente na 8ª CRE? Como ocorrem os usos e apropriações das mídias e das Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicação (TIC)? O ProEMI, que tem como paradigma transversal a práxis Educomunicativa, possibilita o processo de desenvolvimento do Protagonismo e da Emancipação dos Sujeitos? Para responder a estes questionamentos, buscamos investigar os usos e apropriações das mídias e das TIC no âmbito do Programa Ensino Médio Inovador no estado do Rio Grande do Sul, mais especificamente na 8ª CRE, bem como o processo de desenvolvimento do protagonismo e da emancipação dos sujeitos envolvidos. Além desse objetivo geral, almejamos: 1) estudar a relação entre ensino integral, Programa Ensino Médio Inovador, Educomunicação e Mediação Tecnológica; 2) verificar os Macrocampos do Ensino Médio Inovador, atividades e produtos desenvolvidos na rede pública do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul (8ª CRE); 3) conhecer os principais desafios e oportunidades da mediação tecnológica no desenvolvimento do ProEMI. Para alcançar os objetivos propostos, seguimos cinco passos metodológicos: 1º) pesquisa exploratória por meio do TCC de Especialização da pesquisadora; 2º) estado da arte; 3º) pesquisa documental; 4º) levantamento bibliográfico (MOLL, 2012; SOARES, 2002, 2011; DEMO, 2007; FREIRE, 1993; KAPLÚN, 1999; BIANCHETTI & JANTSCH, 1995); 5º) pesquisa de campo através da aplicação de questionários com perguntas abertas e fechadas às CRES do RS, bem como às professoras mediadoras do Projeto de Educomunicação das escolas selecionadas, pertencentes à 8ª CRE. Mesmo com todas as adversidades encontradas durante a trajetória de implantação e desenvolvimento do ProEMI, constatamos que as escolas estão conseguindo articular parcerias com o intuito de proporcionarem uma formação integral aos seus estudantes, aproveitando-se, em especial, das práticas educomunicativas. Logo, o produto gerado por este estudo consiste em artigos que serão publicados em revistas nacionais e internacionais para que se perceba a relevância no trato para com a formação integral dos estudantes.porUniversidade Federal de Santa MariaCentro de EducaçãoPrograma de Pós-Graduação em Tecnologias Educacionais em RedeUFSMBrasilEducaçãoAttribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 Internationalhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessEducação integralPrograma Ensino Médio InovadorEducomunicaçãoMediação tecnológicaIntegral educationInnovative High School ProgramEducommunicationTechnological mediationCNPQ::CIENCIAS HUMANAS::EDUCACAOO Programa Ensino Médio Inovador: um olhar educomunicativo na 8ª Coordenadoria Regional de Educaçãoinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersioninfo:eu-repo/semantics/masterThesisRosa, Rosanehttp://lattes.cnpq.br/5511703487828247Pereira, Claudiany da Costahttp://lattes.cnpq.br/4698069869269598Mussoi, Eunice Mariahttp://lattes.cnpq.br/2444495262060185http://lattes.cnpq.br/5315996795046634Brum, Luciane da Silveira700800000006600703baf45-9085-4f05-a527-8adb6b8f5b85e54160c5-f23e-4eb1-9fa3-824da20bc91dbee259e1-ff98-4439-a8fa-779f57d189116313af81-4d94-41c1-8ae5-1e5d7efefa03reponame:Biblioteca Digital de Teses e Dissertações do UFSMinstname:Universidade Federal de Santa Maria (UFSM)instacron:UFSMLICENSElicense.txtlicense.txttext/plain;
