Resumo: INTRODUCTION: The number of process against medical doctors in Brazil has increased, especially in plastic surgery. This increasing is attributed to a degeneration in the medical-patient relationship, considering the importance of the documentation focused in the informs and an informed consent that is clear and complete in order to avoid the information negligence. OBJECTIVE: develop a website that generate an informed consent, fast, practical and with individuality for each patient. METHOD: the five most common surgeries in Brazil were chosen, based on ISAPS (International Society of Aesthtic Plastic Surgery) data that are Lipoaspiration, Breast Augmentation, Blepharoplasty, Abdominoplasty and Rhinoplasty. The informed consents from wellknown plastic surgery departaments as well as the Brazilian, American and European Societies were reviewed. In Brazil, three plastic surgeons from each region (North, Northeast, Centerwest, South, Southeast) in a total of 15 with more than 10 years in practice had their terms studied in order to cover the country diversity and international tendency. RESULTS: An online platform was built with contente to generate informed consents in plastic surgery with many options for customization, increasing the informative power to the patient and conceding higher juridic support. CONCLUSION: The website Plasticonsent presentes as practical tool to create customized informed consent in plastic surgery.

Esse aumento é atribuído à degeneração da relação médico-paciente com ênfase na falha de comunicação, trazendo a importância da documentação centrada nos informativos e termo de consentimento (TC) claro e completo a fim de evitar a negligência de informação. OBJETIVO: desenvolver um website que gere um TC informado rápido, prático e com individualidade para cada paciente. MÉTODOS: Foram selecionadas as cinco cirurgias mais realizadas no Brasil, segundo dados da ISAPS (International Society of Aesthtic Plastic Surgery) que são Lipoaspiração, Aumento mamário, Blefaroplastia, Abdominoplastia e Rinoplastia. Os TC de vários departamentos de cirurgia plástica assim como as Sociedades Brasileira, Americana e Européia de Cirurgia Plástica foram revisados. No Brasil foram estudados os TC de 3 cirurgiões plásticos de cada região (Norte, Nordeste, Centro-oeste, Sul e Sudeste), totalizando de 15 cirurgiões com mais de 10 anos de prática a fim de cobrir a diversidade do país e as tendências internacionais. RESULTADOS: Foi desenvolvido uma plataforma online com conteúdo para gerar TC em cirurgia plástica com diversas opções de personalização, aumentando o poder informativo para o paciente e conferir maior respaldo jurídico.
