Resumo: The teaching of mathematics has challenged educators in the search for strategies to present mathematics in a way that instigates our students' curiosity and the exploratory spirit, showing that there is a link between the studied contents and the practical life. In this work, we attempt to compile exponential and logarithmic subjects, as well as their respective functions, equations and inequalities - and their respective applicationsdiscoursing the history of exponential and logarithmic emergence and presenting a didactic construction using GeoGebra to show the graphs. We developed a work for both high school teacher and initial courses in the areas of exact, constituting basic material for Di erential and Integral Calculus subject. We show the construction step by step, demonstrating some properties and examples. In the end, we propose applications focused on other areas of knowledge, confirming the importance of exponential and logarithmic functions as tools in problem solving.

Neste trabalho, procuramos condensar assuntos relacionados a exponencial e logaritmos, bem como suas respectivas funções, equações e inequações e suas respectivas aplicações abordando a história do surgimento das exponenciais e logaritmos e apresentando uma construção didática utilizando o GeoGebra para mostrar os gráficos. Desenvolvemos um trabalho voltado a professores do ensino médio e cursos iniciais das áreas de exatas, constituindo material básico para a disciplina de Cálculo Diferencial e Integral. Mostramos a construção passo a passo, demonstrando assim algumas propriedades e exemplos.
