Resumo: In the first article, the aim of study was to evaluate if a ramp training protocol using biofeedback for the wrist extensor muscles will provide better performance during the performance of a combined isotonic and isometric task exercises and load variation. Three men with mean age of 22 (± 2) years and right-handed individuals were included. For strength control was developed a task with 70 seconds of combined concentric, eccentric and isometric exercises and different load levels from 0 to 60% MVIC, and for was proposed a protocol that consisted of the association of concentric and eccentric isotonic exercises performed in a ramp with a maximum load of 60% of the MVIC. The task evaluation and training protocol were carrying out using the BioControl biofeedback software. In the second article, the aim was to evaluate the force control of the wrist extensor muscles, with biofeedback in combined isotonic and isometric task exercises and with maximal loads of 60% and 80% of the maximum voluntary isometric contraction, in right and left limbs. Nine women with mean age of 24 years (± 3) years, right-handed and university students were included. For this study were developed two tasks of 70 seconds, with combined isotonic and isometric exercises, as well as variation between levels of force. Each volunteer performed an evaluation of the two force control tasks of the wrist extensor muscles. Initially, a task order was draw, and performed on non-consecutive days. Lastly, the third article aimed to analyze the effect using the videogame E-link in handgrip and pinch strengthening in a patient with a complex wrist fracture. In the strengthening phase were evaluated the instrumental force measurements, 10 maximum repetitions test and functional questionnaires. The injured side was trained, and was performed the isotonic regimes of Oxford technique. For the first article, we conclude that after performing the ramp training program, performedwith biofeedback, the volunteers presented a greater control of the strength of the wrist extensor muscles, evaluated by the proposed task. In the second article, we conclude that in the task with a higher percentage of load in relation to a maximal voluntary isometric contraction, as the women showed less control of the strength of the wrist extensor muscles for both limbs. In the stages of isometric contraction or control of the force in the minor and there was no difference between the members in the analysis of the steps, as well as in the analysis of the tasks. In addition, in the third article, we conclude an increase in grip and pinch strength and a reduction of functional disability scores after 17 sessions of a strengthening program. It was confirmed the maintenance of the forces of grip and pinches after follow-up of 4 months.
