The present study has as objective to analyze the speech of the professors with formation in Physical Education whom ministrated integrant discipline of the curricular proposals from the actual Courses of Physical Education of Tocantins State on the relation between the types of proposed formation: Degree and Bachelor. From this goals we consider a reflection on the ways covered for the Physical Education and its relation with science while knowledge area, until approaching at the central point of this quarrel, that is, the division of the areas of scientific knowledge. 14 professors of the actual Physical Education graduation courses of the Tocantins State of bachelor and degree had participated as citizens of the research, operating during the first semester of the year of 2012 in its respective institutions. One is about a study of qualitative nature and the collected information had been gotten through the interviews in the field research. For the analysis of the speeches we will appeal to the technique elaborated for Moreira; Simões & Porto (2005) assigned: Analysis of Content: Technique of Elaboration and Analysis of Units of Meaning. We perceive lacks of clarity on the objectives, competence and abilities pertinent to each type of formation of the Physical Education (degree and bachelor), standing out that this division is still reason of doubt for the majority of the interviewed professors who teach lessons in the two qualifications in the State of Tocantins.
