Resumo: With the increased responsibility of the companies to find the best environmental, social and economic impacts possible throughout the life cycle, the need arises to incorporate sustainable practices of supply chain management by adopting criteria economic, social and environmental, known as the triple bottom line.. The social and environmental interest provides increased use of qualitative criteria, because your metrics are not at the same level of consolidation that economic metrics. In this context, the use of the fuzzy approach, which resembles human reasoning and represents mathematically uncertainty and vagueness, is used as a tool for decision making. This work proposes a model of selecting suppliers using sustainable quantitative and qualitative criteria. To set the weights of these criteria the fuzzy AHP method was used and the 2-tuple fuzzy approach applied to evaluation of suppliers. The proposed model is applied in a case study of a fertilizer industry, generating the end ranking of suppliers to assist those responsible for purchases to adopt the best choice. The results obtained for the weights of the criteria were consistent with the observed in the literature, with the higher values related to economic criteria and smaller for the social criteria. The evaluation of suppliers proved simple and practice on implementation and the results obtained were consistent with the expected by decision makers, so the methods used were appropriate. Anyway, some improvements were proposals such as establishing clearer concepts and standards for the criteria, so there's no doubts among the decision makers, making the process faster and more reliable information. Other actions were suggested to improve the sustainable performance of the suppliers evaluated and the company set out to play for the suppliers of raw materials of highest volume at first.

Other actions were suggested to improve the sustainable performance of the suppliers evaluated and the company set out to play for the suppliers of raw materials of highest volume at first.Com o aumento da responsabilidade das empresas em buscar os melhores impactos ambientais, sociais e econômicos possíveis ao longo de todo o ciclo de vida, surge a necessidade de incorporar práticas sustentáveis de gestão da cadeia de suprimentos adotando critérios econômicos, sociais e ambientais, conhecido como triple bottom line. O interesse social e ambiental proporciona crescente utilização de critérios qualitativos, pois suas métricas não se encontram no mesmo nível de consolidação que as métricas econômicas. Nesse contexto, a utilização da abordagem fuzzy, que se assemelha ao raciocínio humano e representa matematicamente a incerteza e imprecisão, é usada como ferramenta para tomada de decisão. Esse trabalho propõe um modelo de seleção de fornecedores utilizando critérios sustentáveis quantitativos e qualitativos. Para definir os pesos desses critérios o método fuzzy AHP foi usado e a abordagem fuzzy 2-tuple foi aplicada para avaliação dos fornecedores. O modelo proposto é aplicado em um estudo de caso de uma indústria de fertilizantes, gerando no fim um ranking dos fornecedores para auxiliar os responsáveis pelas compras a adotarem a melhor escolha. Os resultados obtidos para os pesos dos critérios se mostraram coerentes com o observado na literatura, sendo os valores mais altos relacionados aos critérios econômicos e menores para os critérios sociais. A avaliação dos fornecedores se mostrou simples e prática na aplicação e os resultados obtidos foram coerentes com o esperado pelos tomadores de decisão, sendo assim os métodos utilizados se mostraram adequados. De toda forma, algumas melhorias foram propostas como, por exemplo, estabelecer conceitos mais claros e padrões para os critérios, para não haver dúvidas entre os tomadores de decisão, tornando o processo mais ágil e as informações mais confiáveis. description With the increased responsibility of the companies to find the best environmental, social and economic impacts possible throughout the life cycle, the need arises to incorporate sustainable practices of supply chain management by adopting criteria economic, social and environmental, known as the triple bottom line.. The social and environmental interest provides increased use of qualitative criteria, because your metrics are not at the same level of consolidation that economic metrics. In this context, the use of the fuzzy approach, which resembles human reasoning and represents mathematically uncertainty and vagueness, is used as a tool for decision making. This work proposes a model of selecting suppliers using sustainable quantitative and qualitative criteria. To set the weights of these criteria the fuzzy AHP method was used and the 2-tuple fuzzy approach applied to evaluation of suppliers. The proposed model is applied in a case study of a fertilizer industry, generating the end ranking of suppliers to assist those responsible for purchases to adopt the best choice. The results obtained for the weights of the criteria were consistent with the observed in the literature, with the higher values related to economic criteria and smaller for the social criteria. The evaluation of suppliers proved simple and practice on implementation and the results obtained were consistent with the expected by decision makers, so the methods used were appropriate. Anyway, some improvements were proposals such as establishing clearer concepts and standards for the criteria, so there's no doubts among the decision makers, making the process faster and more reliable information. Other actions were suggested to improve the sustainable performance of the suppliers evaluated and the company set out to play for the suppliers of raw materials of highest volume at first.
