Resumo: | The research has as reference the study of literary literacy through the medium of the short story, discussing the school practices regarding the teaching of literary reading. The short story is taken as the starting point for the formation of literary readers, in the understanding of literature as a fundamental cultural process, and not only as a means of teaching grammar or the discursive linguistic structures in vogue. It is from this perspective that we we are guided by the studies of Candido (2014), Chartier (2011), Compagnon (2012), Cortázar (1974), Gotlib (2006), Goulemont (2011), Hunt (2010), Iser (1991; 2017) Kleiman (2004), Paiva (2005), Piglia (2004), Soares (2004), Sisto (2015), Zappone (2008), Zilberman (2009) and of “Programa Ler e Escrever” (2015) for the theoretical basis of our study. We sought to reflect on the school practices regarding the teaching of literature and to point out new directions for such teaching in the school context. We believe that this reflection can lead us to recognize not only the students' rights to literature, but also to awaken and to deepen what it offers, being able to experience it in a broader and deeper way, according to the individuality of each one. We propose a didactic proposal titled "Hora do Conto". In this proposal, will be worked upon the works of Regina Chamlian - Helena Alexandrino, Ricardo Azevedo, Katia Canton and Clarice Lispector, in an innovative perspective, working fiction and imaginary, rescuing references and cultural issues that students bring. Versions and adaptations of literary works will also be discussed. The meeting with traditional and modern narratives aims to bring the students closer to this literary genre, the short story, awakening the imagination and the taste for reading. In knowing, analyzing and relating the works of these authors, as well as producing their own narratives, we seek to develop and to broaden the literary horizons of the young reader. |

O conto é tomado como ponto de partida para a formação de leitores literários, no entendimento da literatura como processo cultural fundamental, não apenas como meio de ensino da gramática ou das estruturas linguísticas discursivas em voga. É nessa perspectiva que nos norteamos pelos estudos de Candido (2014), Chartier (2011), Compagnon (2012), Cortázar (1974), Gotlib (2006), Goulemont (2011), Hunt (2010), Iser (1991; 2017) Kleiman (2004), Paiva (2005), Piglia (2004), Soares (2004), Sisto (2015), Zappone (2008), Zilberman (2009) e do “Programa Ler e Escrever” (2015) para a fundamentação teórica de nosso estudo. Buscamos refletir sobre as práticas escolares no que se refere ao ensino da literatura e apontar novos rumos para tal ensino em âmbito escolar. Acreditamos que essa reflexão poderá conduzir-nos ao reconhecimento não apenas dos direitos dos alunos à literatura, mas despertar e aprofundar aquilo que ela oferece, podendo vivenciá-la de forma mais ampla e profunda, de acordo com a singularidade de cada um. Propomos uma proposta didática intitulada “Hora do Conto”. Nesta proposta serão trabalhadas obras de Regina Chamlian - Helena Alexandrino, Ricardo Azevedo, Katia Canton e Clarice Lispector, numa perspectiva inovadora, trabalhando ficção e imaginário, resgatando referências e questões culturais que os alunos trazem. Versões e adaptações de obras literárias também serão temas contemplados. O encontro com narrativas tradicionais e modernas visa aproximar os alunos deste gênero literário, o conto, despertando a imaginação e o gosto pela leitura.
