The production of animal protein in Brazil has been growing in recent decades, this production scenario depends on a working class that adapts to the exhaustive routine of the factory. Therefore, this work aims to present the health worker profile. In order to understand the formation of this workforce, we pay attention to the relationships that were woven together with the production processes between the years 2000 and 2010. In this perspective, we look for evidence of the changes that occurred in productive relationships, from the administrative transition, because the factory floor is the place where meanings, expectations, values and feelings are created and reproduced. Thus, the reproduction of the space added to the exhaustive routine to which the workers are submitted were able to provide clues for thinking about this profile that easily fits into the factory's routine. It is in this sense that the sources were read, in an attempt to identify the transformations that permeate the lives of these workers within the factory.
