O bioma Caatinga, inserido em regi?es com clima semi?rido, possui diversas esp?cies florestais, tendo como usos principais a madeira, para pequenas constru??es, cercas, lenha e carv?o e uso medicinal. Devido as caracter?sticas desse bioma, a implanta??o de plantios de esp?cies florestais para uso comercial apresenta diversas limita??es, dentre as quais est? a car?ncia de estudos que demostrem viabilidade econ?mica para regi?o, sendo o uso terap?utico e medicinal uma das possibilidades. As esp?cies jurema-preta, jurema-de-embira e jurema-branca, s?o utilizadas a muitos anos na medicina popular, por diversas tribos e povos, que utilizam essas plantas de forma recreativa e para tratar diversas enfermidades. Para que seja poss?vel a implanta??o de plantios que tragam rentabilidade, t?cnicas silviculturais devem ser adotadas, sendo a multiplica??o clonal de indiv?duos elite dessas esp?cies uma ?tima alternativa. Esse trabalho objetivou verificar o enraizamento advent?cio dessas esp?cies por meio da propaga??o vegetativa por miniestaquia. Avaliou-se a sobreviv?ncia das minicepas no minijardim seminal, a posi??o ideal do prop?gulo (apical e intermedi?ria), aplica??o de concentra??es (0, 2.000, 4.000 e 6.000 mg.l-1) de ?cido indolbut?rico (AIB), o per?odo que acontecem as altera??es morfol?gicas envolvidas no enraizamento advent?cio e an?lise morfoanatomica. Constatou-se que ? poss?vel o manejo do minijardim de forma satisfat?ria e produtiva e que a esp?cie tem potencial de enraizamento advent?cio por miniestaquia, independentemente da posi??o do prop?gulo e das concentra??es de AIB. O enraizamento das esp?cies inicia ap?s o quinto dia do estaqueamento e a forma??o de uma muda com parte ?rea e radicular se d? aos 25 dias. A rizog?nese ocorre pela via direta, por altera??es pr?ximo a regi?o cambial. Conclui-se que a esp?cie demostra ter potencial para plantios silviculturais, utilizando a miniestaquia na propaga??o de mudas. The Caatinga biome, inserted in regions with a semi-arid climate, has several forest species whose main uses are wood, for small constructions, fences, firewood and charcoal and medicinal use. Due to the characteristics of this biome, the implantation of plantations of forest species for commercial use has several limitations, which still lacks studies that demonstrate economic viability for the region, and the therapeutic and medicinal use is one of the possibilities. The jurema-preta, jurema-de-embira and jurema-branca species have been used for many years in folk medicine, by different tribes and peoples, who use these plants recreationally and to treat various diseases. For the implantation of plantations that bring profitability, silvicultural techniques must be adopted and among the several advantages of vegetative propagation, the clonal multiplication of elite individuals of these species is the ideal. This work aimed to verify the adventitious rooting of these species by vegetative propagation by minicuttings, where we investigated the survival of the seminal minigarden, the ideal position of the propagule (apical and intermediate), application of doses (0, 2,000, 4,000 and 6,000 mg.l) -1) exogenous auxin (AIB), rooting dynamics and morphoanatomical analysis. We were able to determine that it is possible to manage the minigarden in a satisfactory and productive way, that the species has the potential for adventitious rooting by minicutting, regardless of the position of the propagule and the doses of IBA, that the rooting of the species starts after the fifth day of staking and the The formation of a complete seedling takes place at 25 days, which the rooting of the species is by the direct route, by alterations close to the cambial region. We conclude that the species has potential for high productivity silviculture, using minicuttings in seedling propagation.
