Nowadays, the abusive consume of alcohol and several drugs has been increasingly early and constitutes a severe issue in public health. OMS financed the making of important trial tools to verify the level of drug consume and support the health professional in his interventions. Such tools must arouse interest among teenagers by making use of more attractive ways like technology. So the work aims at developing and evaluating an interactive system to implement a Survey about Use of Drugs among teenagers. It is a methodologic, descriptive, exploratory with quantitative approach; performed through 4 steps: Development of the interactive system, apparent and content evaluation, pre -test and evaluation of the metric properties. The quick method Extreme Programming or XP was used during the interactive system evaluation drawing up. After drawing it up, it was submitted to an apparent and content evaluation process by a group of 27 judges. Hereupon the reliability evaluation, credit validation and intern content of the Survey about the use of drugs evaluation in its printed form and by the Interactive System. 416 teenagers from elementary school constituted the sample and the data collecting happened from June to September 2015. The analysis of data from the interactive system evaluation by a group of judges was performed through kappa fleiss test. However, to evaluate the metric properties in the retest test it was calculated the interclass correlation coefficient; either Chi-square test, the Fisher Exact test or Mann Whitney test was used in validity of criteria; and in order to evaluate the intern consistence it was calculated Cronbach Alfa. The development of interactive system occurred in six steps: creation of the survey scenery, creating the database, development of the administrative module, development of the interactive system, server system hosting and exportation of the results into spreadsheets. Regarding the analysis of concordance between evaluators through Fleiss kappa test, it was found kappa 0.74 (p <0.001), indicating a satisfactory agreement among the judges. Regarding the evaluation of the metric properties, in the retest test more than half of the questionnaire items in its print and interactive system form had perfect reliability. The criterion validation 96.7% of instrument variables in both forms presented no significant p values, being proportionally equal and when the analysis of internal consistence is concerned o both strategies presented Cronbach's alpha higher than 0.7. Thus the Survey about Use of Drugs through the Interactive System keeps the same properties in printed form, and both recruit same information. The making of the interactive system was suitable and it allowed the arouse of an innovative and attractive tool for drug use trials among teenagers, therefore contributing to the recruitment of information the most reliable searches.
