A research sought to analyze through the forals of the medieval village of Tomar, located in central Portugal, as power relations of the aristocracy and lord over the inhabitants of the village. Since charters should be approached as fruitful documents for the examination of domain relations, there are three examples of aristocratic exercises and signs as authors of these documents governed as medieval towns and cities between the eleventh and twelfth periods. Thus, through them, one can see that there is an interdependence between the aristocrats, with no common goal of governing, or that obeys a set of formalized costumes by the foral. Therefore, such a historical record is not only analyzed by the aristocracy, but is also a level of common interest of the country's inhabitants, which guarantees the legitimacy of the ruler. Also note throughout the work that there is no structure for the operation of the lower-layer men that works for you. In this context, the Learning Object that accompanies a dissertation aims to bring students knowledge and respect for the elements of social organization expressed in the Tomar Foral and common to other Foral: the aristocracy government and the relationship of this government with individuals. involved in the rules of law (duties, freedoms and justice). A tool that presents the Learning Object is a multimedia presentation, that is, an online platform, combining texts, videos and activities, in order to favor the teaching of history.
