Resumo: Proprioceptive insoles are being used to treat biomechanical changes in the foot, however, it is clear from the literature that there are few studies on their influence on posture. Another resource that has been researched is the acupuncture technique in which it addresses its effect on pain, it is noted that there are few studies on the influence of this resource on posture. Therefore, the objective of the research was to analyze the influence of proprioceptive insoles associated or not with systemic acupuncture on body posture, muscle electrical activity and flexibility in women. The proposed methodology is characterized by a randomized controlled clinical trial, and the research was composed of 21 female individuals ranging in age from 18 to 30 years. The instruments used for evaluation were photogrammetry, surface electromyography and flexibility test. Data collection was carried out in groups at preintervention moments and after thirty days. The individuals were randomized into three groups: CG - control (n = 6) - use of common insoles; GP (n = 9) - intervention with postural insoles; GPA (n = 6) - intervention with postural insoles associated with acupuncture. The insoles were made according to the postural assessment and the individuals were instructed to use them four hours a day, seven days a week. The acupuncture intervention was performed once a week, for four weeks, with a duration of thirty minutes each visit. The delta calculation was performed and the data normality was tested with the Shapiro-Wilk test. The flexibility and photogrammetry data were compared with the Kruskal Wallis test, and the electromyographic ANOVA and Kruskal Wallis test. The results found for the flexibility variable had an increased difference for the insole group (p = 0.001) and the insole associated with acupuncture (0.00) in relation to the control. With respect to the photogrammetry data, it is noticed that the difference is smaller for the frontal angle of the right lower limb (0.02) and equestrian (0.01) of the insole group in relation to the control; difference is greater in the right leg / hindfoot angle (0.007) and the smaller left difference (0.00) in the insole group compared to the control group. Also at this same angle, the difference was smaller in the insole group associated with acupuncture on the right side (0.0020) and the left side the difference is greater (0.00); the difference is greater (0.001) vertical alignment of the right head of the insole group associated with the control; increased difference (0.03) of the angle of the right ankle of the insole group in relation to the control; increased difference (0.008) in the horizontal alignment of the left head of the insole group in relation to the control. There was no significant difference in electromyography data. Therefore, the insole isolated or associated with acupuncture promoted changes in flexibility and body posture, however, it did not change the electromyographic activity in women

Therefore, the insole isolated or associated with acupuncture promoted changes in flexibility and body posture, however, it did not change the electromyographic activity in womenAs palmilhas proprioceptivas vêm sendo utilizadas para o tratamento de alterações biomecânicas no pé, entretanto, percebe-se na literatura que há poucos estudos sobre a influência delas sobre postura. Um outro recurso que vem sendo pesquisado é a técnica de acupuntura no qual aborda o seu efeito na dor, nota-se a existência de poucos estudos da influência deste recurso na postura. Então devido a isto o objetivo da pesquisa foi analisar a influência das palmilhas proprioceptivas associada ou não à acupuntura sistêmica na postura corporal, na atividade elétrica muscular e na flexibilidade em mulheres. A metodologia proposta foi caracterizada por ensaio clínico randomizado controlado, sendo que a pesquisa foi composta por 21 indivíduos do sexo feminino com idade variando 18 a 30 anos. Os instrumentos utilizados para avaliação foram fotogrametria, eletromiografia de superfície e teste de flexibilidade. A coleta de dados foi realizada em grupos nos momentos de préintervenção e após trinta dias. Os indivíduos foram randomizados em três grupos: GC– controle (n=6) – utilização de palmilhas comuns; GP (n=9) – intervenção com palmilhas posturais; GPA (n=6) – intervenção com palmilhas posturais associada a acupuntura sistêmica. As palmilhas foram confeccionadas de acordo com a avaliação postural e os indivíduos foram orientados a utilizá-las quatro horas ininterruptas por dia nos sete dias da semana. A intervenção com acupuntura sistêmica foi realizada uma vez por semana, durante quatro semanas, com duração de trinta minutos cada atendimento. Foi realizado o cálculo do delta e a normalidade dos dados foram testados com o teste Shapiro-Wilk. Os dados de flexibilidade e fotogrametria foram comparados com o teste Kruskal Wallis, e os eletromiográficos teste ANOVA e Kruskal Wallis. Os resultados encontrados para a variável de flexibilidade tiveram diferença aumentada para grupo palmilha (p=0,001) e palmilha associada a acupuntura (0,00) com relação ao controle. Com relação aos dados de fotogrametria, percebe-se que a diferença é menor para o ângulo frontal do membro inferior direito (0,02) e esquerdo (0,01) do grupo palmilha em relação ao controle; diferença é maior do ângulo perna/retropé direito (0,007) e diferença menor esquerdo (0,00) do grupo palmilha em relação ao controle. Este mesmo ângulo mostrou que a diferença foi menor do grupo palmilha associada a acupuntura do lado direito (0,0020) e lado esquerdo a diferença é maior (0,00); a diferença é maior (0,001) alinhamento vertical da cabeça direito do grupo palmilha associada ao controle; diferença aumentada (0,03) do ângulo do tornozelo direito do grupo palmilha em relação ao controle; diferença aumentada (0,008) no alinhamento horizontal da cabeça esquerda do grupo palmilha em relação ao controle. Não houve diferença significativa em dados da eletromiografia. Portanto, a palmilha isolada ou associada com acupuntura promoveu alteração na flexibilidade e na postura corporal, porém, não modificou a atividade eletromiográfica em mulheresapplication/pdfporUniversidade Federal de AlfenasPrograma de Pós-graduação em Ciências da ReabilitaçãoUNIFAL-MGBrasilInstituto de Ciências BiomédicasPró-Reitoria de Pesquisa e Pós-Graduaçãoinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccesshttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/PropriocepçãoPosturaÓrteseAcupunturaReabilitaçãoCIENCIAS DA SAUDE::FISIOTERAPIA E TERAPIA OCUPACIONALA influência da palmilha proprioceptiva associada ou não à acupuntura sistêmica sobre a postura, atividade muscular e flexibilidade em mulheres saudáveis: ensaio clínico controlado randomizadoinfo:eu-repo/semantics/masterThesisinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersion1196850848737529011-8365793678478414144600600600-4563701660031038789reponame:Repositório Institucional da Universidade Federal de Alfenas - RiUnifalinstname:Universidade Federal de Alfenas (UNIFAL)instacron:UNIFALJustino, Fabiano HenriqueCC-LICENSElicense_urllicense_urltext/plain;
