Resumo: | Through a preparation carried out in two stages, a new material was obtained based on a polymeric network, having as precursors poly(dimethylsiloxane) (PDMS), tetraethylorthosilicate (TEOS), 3-chloropropyltrimethoxysilane (CPTMS) and graphite. According to the PDMS:CPTMS mass ratio, the products of the first stage were named C25, C50 and C90. In the second part of the synthesis, the Cl present in the CPTMS was replaced by the 2-aminothiazole ligand (AMTZ), and these were named A25, A50 and A90. The prepared materials were characterized by Thermogravimetric Analysis (TGA) and Spectroscopy in the infrared region with Fourier transform with attenuated total reflectance accessory (FTIR-ATR). These data confirm the formation of the AMTZ functionalized polymeric network. With these materials, chemically modified carbon paste electrodes (C25, A25, A50 and A90) were constructed. The conductive properties of the electrodes were evaluated by Cyclic Voltammetry using [Fe(CN)6] 3-/4-as a probe molecule. The A25 electrode showed the best voltammetric responses compared to the study with the probe molecule. With these electrodes, Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy measurements were performed, showing that A25 has a higher capacitive character and lower total impedance. To study the electrochemical behavior of the electrodes in relation to copper ions, Cyclic Voltammetry and Square Wave Voltammetry were used. The results obtained showed that the A25 electrode has characteristics more suitable to be applied as a sensor for copper, for example, higher values of anodic current density. Using the A25 electrode in Square Wave Voltammetry with anodic stripping, in a concentration range of 2.00 – 19.60 μmol L-1of copper, detection limit and quantification limit of 0.12 and 0.40 μmol L-1 were determined. The application of A25 as an electrochemical sensor for copper was carried out with a commercial cachaça sample, efficiently detecting the analyte. The A25 electrode has the potential to be applied as an electrochemical sensor for the determination of copper ions, both in aqueous and alcoholic environments. |

The A25 electrode has the potential to be applied as an electrochemical sensor for the determination of copper ions, both in aqueous and alcoholic environments.Por meio de uma preparação realizada em duas etapas, foi obtido um novo material a base de uma rede polimérica, tendo como os precursores poli(dimetilsiloxano) (PDMS), o tetraetilortosilicato (TEOS), o 3-cloropropiltrimetoxisilano (CPTMS) e grafite. De acordo com a proporção em massa PDMS:CPTMS, os produtos da primeira etapa foram nomeados de C25, C50 e C90. Na segunda parte da síntese, o Cl presente no CPTMS foi substituído pelo ligante 2-aminotiazol (AMTZ), e estes foram denominados A25, A50 e A90. Os materiais preparados foram caracterizados por Análise Termogravimétrica (TGA) e Espectroscopia na Região do infravermelho com transformada de Fourier com acessório de refletância total atenuada (FTIR- ATR). Estes dados confirmam a formação da rede polimérica funcionalizada com AMTZ. Com esses materiais foram construídos eletrodos de pasta de carbono quimicamente modificado (C25, A25, A50 e A90). As propriedades condutoras dos eletrodos foram avaliadas por Voltametria Cíclica com a utilização de [Fe(CN)6] 3-/4-como molécula sonda. O eletrodo A25 foi o que apresentou melhores repostas voltamétricas frente ao estudo com a molécula sonda. Com estes eletrodos foram realizadas medidas de Espectroscopia de Impedância Eletroquímica, mostrando que A25 apresenta maior caráter capacitivo e menor impedância total. Para estudar o comportamento eletroquímico dos eletrodos com relação aos íons cobre, utilizou-se de Voltametria Cíclica e Voltametria de Onda Quadrada. Os resultados obtidos mostraram que o eletrodo A25 possui características mais adequada para ser aplicado como sensor para cobre, por exemplo, maiores valores de densidade de corrente anódica. Usando o eletrodo A25 na Voltametria de Onda Quadrada com redissolução anódica, em uma faixa de concentração de 2,00 – 19,60 μmolL-1 de cobre, foi determinado limite de detecção e limite de quantificação de 0,12 e 0,40 μmolL-1. A aplicação do A25 como sensor eletroquímico para cobre, foi feita com amostra de cachaça comercial, detectando eficientemente o analito. O eletrodo A25 apresenta potencial para ser aplicado como sensor eletroquímico para determinação de íons cobre, tanto em meio aquoso, quanto em meio alcoólico.application/pdfporUniversidade Federal de AlfenasPrograma de Pós-Graduação em QuímicaUNIFAL-MGBrasilInstituto de Químicainfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccesshttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/Poli(dimetilsiloxano). 22-aminotiazolÍons cobreEletrodo de pasta de carbonoSensor eletroquímicoQUIMICA::QUIMICA INORGANICAEletrodo de pasta de carbono quimicamente modificado contendo uma rede polimérica de poli(dimetilsiloxano) funcionalizada com o ligante 2-aminotiazol para a determinação de cobreinfo:eu-repo/semantics/doctoralThesisinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersion13282530788267823066006003139127065238931096reponame:Repositório Institucional da Universidade Federal de Alfenas - RiUnifalinstname:Universidade Federal de Alfenas (UNIFAL)instacron:UNIFALSilva, Ricardo Patrick DonizeteLICENSElicense.txtlicense.txttext/plain;
