Resumo: One of the main challenges of the fertilizer industry is to create in a single product that contains two essential ingredients for an efficient plant’s development, which are organic matter and mineral nutrients. The release of these components should occur in a controlled way to the plants, avoiding the environmental impacts caused by its excess. Therefore, the objective of the work was to synthesize and characterize the complexes formed between the humic (HA) and fulvic acids (FA) derived from poultry waste, with the metal ions Cu2+, Fe2+, Zn2+ and Ce3+. The metal release of these complexes in a buffer solution that simulated the soil solution in which the plants are inserted was evaluated. The synthesized compounds were characterized by analytical techniques such as Vibrational Spectroscopy in the Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR), Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectroscopy (ICP-OES), Flame Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy (FAAS), X-ray diffraction (XRPD) and Thermogravimetry (TGA/DTG). From the complexes formed were studied the structural characteristics such as the degree of aromaticity, functional groups present in the structures, resistance to thermal degradation, metallic ion release capacity, and influence of the metallic ions on the structures of the Humic Substances. The spectra of HA and FA infrared after complexation with the metallic ions showed changes in the absorption bands, which are related to the changes in the humic structure, indicating the complexation of the metallic ions mainly with phenolic and carboxylic groups. The obtained diffractograms helps the aromaticity determination of these structures and in the characterization of these structures with the metals. Thermogravimetric analysis showed that the complexed metals decrease the thermal stability of Humic Substances (HSs). The analysis by atomic absorption and ICP-OES showed that the release of metals caused by humic fractions is directly related to the sample origin, type of metal interaction with the humic structure and the environment conditions in which the complex is inserted. The complex that fits the profile of slow/controlled release fertilizers was the complex of humic acid and iron.

The complex that fits the profile of slow/controlled release fertilizers was the complex of humic acid and iron.Um dos principais desafios da indústria de fertilizantes é conseguir unir em um único produto dois ingredientes essenciais para um eficaz desenvolvimento das plantas, que são a matéria orgânica e os nutrientes, estes devem ser liberados de forma controlada para as plantas, evitando os impactos ambientais causados pelo seu excesso. Portanto o objetivo do trabalho foi sintetizar e caracterizar os complexos formados entre os ácidos Húmicos (AH) e Fúlvicos (AF) derivados de dejetos avícolas, com os íons metálicos Cu2+, Fe2+, Zn2+ e Ce3+. Teve-se como objetivo também avaliar a liberação desses nutrientes em uma solução tamponante que simulasse a solução do solo em que as plantas estão inseridas. Os compostos sintetizados foram caracterizados por técnicas de análise como a de Espectroscopia vibracional na região do Infravermelho com Transformada de Fourier (FTIR), Espectroscopia de Emissão Atômica por Plasma Acoplado Indutivamente (ICP–OES), Espectroscopia de Absorção Atômica com Chama (FAAS), Difratometria de Raios X (DRX) e Termogravimetria (TG/DTG). A partir dos possíveis complexos formados estudaram-se as características estruturais como o grau de aromaticidade, grupos funcionais presentes nas estruturas, resistência à degradação térmica, capacidade de liberação de íons metálicos, influencia dos íons metálicos nas estruturas das Substâncias Húmicas. Os espectros do AH e AF de Infravermelho após a complexação com os íons metálicos apresentaram alterações nas bandas de absorção, que estão relacionadas às mudanças na estrutura húmica, indicando a complexação dos íons metálicos principalmente com grupos fenólicos e carboxílicos. Os difratogramas obtidos demonstraram utilidade na determinação do teor de aromaticidade das estruturas das SHs e na caracterização das interações dessas estruturas com os metais. A análise termogravimétrica demonstrou que os metais complexados diminuem a estabilidade térmica das Substâncias Húmicas (SHs). As análises por Absorção Atômica e ICP-OES demonstraram que a liberação dos metais ocasionada pelas frações húmicas está diretamente relacionada com a origem da amostra, tipo de interação metal com a estrutura húmica e as condições do meio em que o complexo está inserido. O complexo que se enquadra no perfil de fertilizantes de liberação lenta/controlada foi o complexo de ácido húmico com ferro.Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior - CAPESapplication/pdfporUniversidade Federal de AlfenasPrograma de Pós-Graduação em QuímicaUNIFAL-MGBrasilInstituto de Químicainfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccesshttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/Ácido húmicoÁcido fúlvicoComplexo metálicos de transiçãoFertilizantes organicosQUIMICA::QUIMICA ANALITICAObtenção de complexos organominerais a partir de substâncias húmicas e nutrientes essenciais as plantasinfo:eu-repo/semantics/masterThesisinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersion1328253078826782306600600600-86616021054614395492075167498588264571reponame:Repositório Institucional da Universidade Federal de Alfenas - RiUnifalinstname:Universidade Federal de Alfenas (UNIFAL)instacron:UNIFALSantos, Amanda Mendonça De PaulaORIGINALDissertação de Amanda Mendonça de Paula Santos.pdfDissertação de Amanda Mendonça de Paula Santos.pdfapplication/pdf3669591https://repositorio.unifal-mg.edu.br/bitstreams/1a5acc49-7323-49d2-84ce-25f472ed662f/download80929d2259cf71e16b87f163e136fdd6MD55LICENSElicense.txtlicense.txttext/plain;
