Resumo: The praguicides are an important tool in agriculture due its potential to prevent and control the growth of harmful organisms to crops, resulting in higher yields and improved quality of crops. The triazol fungicides represent one of pesticide classes mostly employed in agriculture of fruits, vegetables and grains, due to their excellent protective, eradicating and curative power against a broad spectrum of agricultural diseases. However, their ability to change steroid hormone biosynthesis may result in endocrine complications for mammals, as well as changes in cholesterol and triglyceride levels and hepatotoxicity, making necessary the development of analytical techniques for the extraction and pre-concentration of these pesticides on water resources and food. Among the analysis of environmental samples techniques highlight the disk solid phase extraction which allows the use of high sample volume and high pre-concentration power. Still on sample preparation carbon nanotubes (CNT) has been often used as solid extraction phase due to its high sorption capacity, high surface area, high internal volume and mechanical, chemical and thermal strength. Thus, this project proposed for the first time the use of extraction membrane impregnated with CNT for the extraction of organic toxicants in environmental samples. The developed methodology was validated following international validation protocols and quantification limits lower than the recommended by specific legislation were obatined – the limits of quantification were between 0,1 and 0,5 ng.L-¹ – and the analytical range were between 50 and 100 to 10.000 ng.L-¹, with linear coefficient correlation higher than 0,99.

Os fungicidas triazólicos representam uma das classes de praguicida mais empregada na agricultura de frutas, vegetais e grãos, devido ao seu excelente poder protetor, erradicante e curativo contra um amplo espectro de doenças agrícolas. Entretanto, a habilidade desses compostos de alterar a biossíntese de hormônios esteroidais pode resultar em complicações endócrinas para mamíferos, além de alterações nos níveis de colesterol e triglicerídeos e ainda em hepatotoxicidade, fazendo-se necessário o desenvolvimento de técnicas analíticas de preparo de amostras apropriadas para a extração e pré-concentração desses praguicidas nos recursos hídricos e em alimentos. Dentre as técnicas de análise de amostras ambientais, podemos destacar a extração em fase sólida em disco, que permite o emprego de alto volume de amostra e alto poder de pré-concentração dos analitos. Ainda sobre o preparo de amostras, destaca-se o surgimento dos nanotubos de carbono (CNT), um material recentemente empregado como fase extratora com alta capacidade sortiva, elevada área superficial e elevado volume interno, estabilidade e resistência mecânica, química e térmica. Desse modo, este trabalho propõe, pela primeira, vez o emprego de membrana de extração impregnada com CNT para a finalidade de extração de toxicantes orgânicos em amostras ambientais. A metodologia desenvolvida foi validada, seguindo protocolos internacionais de validação e foram obtidos limites de quantificação inferiores aos preconizados por legislações específicas – LIQ entre 0,1 e 0,5 ng.L-¹, em uma faixa analítica entre 50 e 100 a 10.000 ng.L-¹, com R² superior a 0,99.Conselho Nacional de Pesquisa e Desenvolvimento Científico e Tecnológico - CNPqapplication/pdfporUniversidade Federal de AlfenasPrograma de Pós-Graduação em Ciências FarmacêuticasUNIFAL-MGBrasilFaculdade de Ciências Farmacêuticasinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccesshttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/Nanotubos de CarbonoExtração em Fase SólidaToxicologiaFARMACIA::ANALISE TOXICOLOGICAExtração de fungicidas triazólicos de amostras de água da represa de furnas por disco impregnado com nanotubos de carbono seguido de análise por GC-MSinfo:eu-repo/semantics/masterThesisinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersion-6425845155986244297600600600-742516873750689813-2555911436985713659reponame:Repositório Institucional da Universidade Federal de Alfenas - RiUnifalinstname:Universidade Federal de Alfenas (UNIFAL)instacron:UNIFALVieira, André CoutinhoLICENSElicense.txtlicense.txttext/plain;
