This study aims to present two urban problems in the city of Cascavel - PR. First is the issue of irregular occupations in areas close to the city's streams, and second is the lack of leisure spaces for residents of different regions of the city. It is then proposed to install urban parks and green areas in strategic locations, observing the characteristics of the neighborhoods that will be analyzed. Conducting research in relation to themes such as: urban planning, urban governance, irregular occupations and socio-environmental impacts, among others. In addition to observing how architecture and urban interventions interfere and help in solving everyday problems, we sought to collect information that would serve as a basis and reference for intervention proposals in the city of Cascavel Pr., That have the possibility of being adapted to the intended project , respecting the environment and ecological principles, transforming the occupied urban space into an environment aimed at environmental preservation, leisure options and sports activities, in addition to the interaction of people, as well as subsidizing the development of the municipality, in urban, social and environmental aspects. environmental issues. Encouraging the integration of people, these spaces will serve as an ecological leisure area, preventing in a certain way that this area continues to be occupied and inhabited irregularly. Demonstrating that the interaction of urban green areas as an alternative to socioenvironmental conflicts can be widely discussed and resolved through intervention strategies and urban planning, which meets not only urban issues, but also social and environmental ones.
