The present work is the result of an action-research conducted in the Academic Master's Program in Teaching at the Federal University of Pampa/Bagé Campus/RS, developed in the preschool class from April to December 2024. It is a study on Universal Design for Learning (UDL) with the application of a didactic sequence in a preschool class. To this end, a systematic literature review on the topic was conducted, followed by the planning of a didactic sequence structured into five classes based on the competencies and skills addressed in the BNCC, according to the support material from the Municipal City Hall, in a pre-K class at a preschool in Bagé/RS. The objective of the research was to develop and apply a didactic sequence focused on the Principles of UDL in a preschool class. The methodological approach used was qualitative in nature, considering the environment and the subjectivity of those involved in the investigative process, in which the researcher has a close relationship with the environment and reality, where the focus is on the process and its meanings. Based on the application of the lessons developed in the six meetings, it was possible to perceive that UDL is a proposal that integrates perfectly into a preschool classroom. Reflections on the topic can be deepened and applied in preschool classrooms. Thus, it is concluded that despite the students being very young, they managed to develop and/or adapt to the context and principles of UDL.
