Resumo: This paper means to give it’s contribution do the discussions about the representiveness in the districtal electroal system. Thus, an analysis of the results of the nominal votes of the british parties is done in order to compare the results in number of chairs in the House of Commons achieved by each party in the same elections. This is done in order to indicate some of the elements that makes difficult the translation of votes into seats
