Resumo: O trauma de face, em especial, acometendo maxila e mandíbula, é frequente em nosso meio. Epidemiologicamente, é frequente em homens, idade média de 40 anos, vítimas de agressões e acidentes automobilísticos em sua maioria. Seu tratamento pode ser variável a depender do protocolo aplicado por cada equipe. Esse projeto tem por objetivo a criação de protocolo de atendimento para vítimas de traumas maxilo-mandibulares atendidos nos Hospital das Clínicas da Faculdade de Medicina de Botucatu.
