Resumo: The research aimed to plan, implement and evaluate a Continuing Education Program focused on physical education teachers with the objective of providing access to resources and strategies from the Assistive Technology for educational scholar of students with disabilities and students with autism. The theoretical and methodological approach was based on reflective and collaborative research. Participants were physical education teachers who taught classes for students with disabilities and students with autism in Elementary School at City Schools, first years. To reach the purpose, five studies were outlined. In the Preliminary study it was characterized target city for the research in relation to the enrollment of students with special educational needs in Elementary School at City Schools. In the Study 1, 17 teachers were divided into two groups, with the objective of identifying the difficulties when regarding inclusion, six meetings were had, three for each group. From these three meetings, in two data were collected through focus group, and in one meeting the feedback was done. From the analysis of the categorical content, eight categories of assigned difficulties emerged in regards to: 1) the formation; 2) the administrative-school issue; 3) the Student; 4) the diagnosis; 5) the Family; 6) the Pedagogical Resource; 7) the teaching strategy; 8) the Physical Education. In Study 2, two teachers were selected who had participated in a previous study, and in order to identify situations of difficulty and success to include students with disabilities and students with autism, recordings and observations of 12 classes of P11 and 16 classes of P2 were done. The recordings were categorized into themes. For P11 four themes were identified, namely: success situations and difficulties related to the strategy, the needs of students and the lack of purposeful action in relation to inclusion. For P2, seven themes were identified: the situations...A Pesquisa teve como objetivo planejar, aplicar e avaliar um Programa de Formação Continuada voltado a professores de Educação Física visando proporcionar o acesso aos recursos e estratégias de tecnologia assistiva para a inclusão escolar de alunos com deficiência e alunos com autismo. A abordagem teórico-metodológica foi a pesquisa reflexiva e colaborativa. Os participantes foram professores de Educação Física que ministravam aulas para alunos com deficiência e alunos com autismo, do 1º ao 5º ano, na Rede Municipal de Ensino. Para responder o objetivo, cinco estudos foram delineados. No Estudo Preliminar caracterizou-se o município-alvo da pesquisa em relação à matrícula desses alunos. No Estudo 1, 17 professores foram divididos em dois grupos e, com o objetivo de identificar as dificuldades em relação à inclusão, foram realizados, para cada grupo, três encontros, sendo que em dois coletou-se dados por meio de Grupo Focal e, em um encontro, realizou-se a devolutiva das informações. A partir da análise de conteúdo categorial emergiram oito categorias de dificuldades atribuídas: 1) à Formação; 2) à Questão Administrativo-escolar; 3) ao Aluno; 4) ao Diagnóstico; 5) à Família; 6) ao Recurso Pedagógico; 7) à Estratégia de ensino; 8) à Educação Física. No Estudo 2, foram selecionados dois professores que haviam participado do Estudo 1, e com o objetivo de identificar as situações de dificuldade e de sucesso para incluir alunos com deficiência e alunos com autismo, realizaram-se filmagens e observações de 12 aulas de P11 e 16 aulas de P2. As filmagens foram categorizadas em temas. Para P11 foram identificados quatro temas: situações de sucesso e dificuldade relacionada à estratégia de ensino, às características dos alunos e à falta de ação propositiva em relação à inclusão.
