Resumo: This work reports that a search was conducted and aimed demonstrate the importance of supervised training in law and the need to create appropriate locations to the process of teaching and learning of Practice Law. One Faculty of Law of Presidente Prudente ten years ago created this environment to operate differently, a new teaching of Education and new practice of students: the Forum Simulado. The object of the research was evaluating this new pedagogical practice, its importance in the training of future professionals in law and the complementarity of the theory and practice in training. Interviews with former students who passed by this practice, and the Forum Simulado than opinaram and had submitted their evaluations. The existence, in the curriculum of law, the practice Law whether provided they meet the minimum curriculum. Currently the nomenclature was changed to Stage Supervised, which is the learning of the practice, of great relevance for the future professional. The Faculty of Law implemented in 1998 searched the Forum Simulado, with a differentiated approach to the learning of the legal practice, for the stage. The practice is guided by a qualified professional and able to live with the students the legal reality, not just the reality of the forensic area that dominates. Using the interdisciplinary and with a teacher specifically trained for the teaching of effective legal practice has been a new student, and also a new type of professional qualification for the exercise successfully. In the course of law, for the fulfillment of the Law of Guidelines and Bases, there was a need for deployment of 300 hours practice in real or simulated minimum curriculum, for a more complete formation of the student. Meets the need of placement, to prepare the student for the job market, not to harm customers, or the lawyers. Thus, the Forum remains whether Simulado really is fulfilling your goal, or if after implantation students are coming better prepared for life practice. To try to improve the teaching conditions to give legal and bachelor of work after their graduation were inserted in the curricula legal disciplines practices so that the bachelor will make relations of the subjects of practical and theory. Therefore, if this search since the Forum Simulado is an attempt to life the forensic practice. The question on the effectiveness of the lessons of practice is a former and current, because there is not yet consensus on the best way to teach the practice and that the student to learn it and the vivencie. The activities of practice should be developed so differently, in the appropriate place such as Forum Simulado, established to subsidize all activities forensic, from the service to the effective solution of the deals. The results point to the success of integrating theory and practice in the training of professional of law who participated in the Forum Simulado of the Faculty of Law.

A Faculdade de Direito de Presidente Prudente há dez anos criou esse ambiente com funcionamento diferenciado, uma nova didática de Ensino e nova prática dos alunos: o Fórum Simulado. O objeto da pesquisa foi avaliar essa nova prática pedagógica, sua importância na formação dos futuros profissionais de Direito e a complementaridade da teoria e prática nesta formação. Entrevistas com ex-alunos que passaram por essa prática de Fórum Simulado e os que não a tiveram opinaram e apresentaram suas avaliações. A existência, no currículo de Direito, da Prática Forense se dá desde que se obedecia ao currículo mínimo. Atualmente a nomenclatura foi alterada para Estágio Supervisionado, que consiste na aprendizagem da prática, de grande relevância para o futuro profissional. A Faculdade de Direito pesquisada implantou em 1998 o Fórum Simulado, com uma metodologia diferenciada para a aprendizagem da prática jurídica, para o estágio. A prática é orientada por um profissional habilitado e apto para vivenciar com os alunos a realidade jurídica, mas não só a realidade forense da área que domina. Recorrendo à interdisciplinaridade e com um professor especificamente formado para o ensino efetivo da prática jurídica tem-se um novo aluno, e também um novo tipo de habilitação para o exercício profissional com sucesso. No curso de Direito, para o cumprimento da Lei de Diretrizes e Bases, fez-se necessária a implantação de 300 horas práticas reais ou simuladas no currículo mínimo, visando uma formação mais completa do aluno. Atende, a necessidade do estágio, preparar o aluno para o mercado de trabalho, para não prejudicar clientes, nem a advocacia. Assim, resta saber se o Fórum Simulado realmente está cumprindo seu objetivo, ou seja, se após a implantação os alunos estão saindo melhor preparados para a vida prática. Para tentar melhorar o ensino jurídico e dar condições ao bacharel de trabalhar após a sua formatura foram inseridas nos currículos jurídicos as disciplinas práticas a fim de que o bacharel consiga fazer relações das disciplinas de prática e teoria. Assim, justifica-se a presente pesquisa uma vez que o Fórum Simulado é uma tentativa de vivificar a prática forense. A questão sobre a efetividade das aulas de prática forense é antiga e atual, vez que ainda não há consenso sob a melhor forma de se lecionar a prática e fazer com que o aluno aprenda-a e a vivencie. As atividades de prática devem ser desenvolvidas de forma diferenciada, em local apropriado como é o caso do Fórum Simulado, implantado para subsidiar todas as atividades forenses, desde o atendimento até a solução efetiva da lide.
