Resumo: This dissertation is linked to the line of research “Training and action of teaching professionals and educational practices” of the Postgraduate Program in Education – PPGE at Universidade do Oeste Paulista – UNOESTE. It is understood that the use of the Aprendizagem Baseada em Problemas – ABP or Problem-Based Learning – PBL methodology will assist the teacher in his teaching practice and facilitate the teaching and learning process of students, promoting autonomy in teaching and participation between peers. The research aimed to promote collaboration among Administration students among their peers, the development of knowledge, skills and attitudes through problem solving in the Business Accounting discipline using the ABP methodology on the “Be Active” platform. The general objective of the research was to analyze how the use of the ABP methodology, through the “Be Active” platform, can promote collaboration between students and the development of their knowledge, skills and attitudes in the Business Accounting discipline of the Administration course, with the aim of improving the teaching and learning process. It also proposed to identify the possible difficulties and benefits that teachers may encounter when implementing PBL through a digital platform in the Business Accounting discipline; analyze how PBL contributes to the construction of students' knowledge, skills and attitudes in the context of the Business Accounting discipline; describe students' perception of the effectiveness of the ABP methodology using the “Be Active” platform in facilitating learning and promoting collaboration; and examine how the use of ABP on the "Be Active" platform influences student engagement and participation during Business Accounting classes. It presented as methodological procedures, research with a qualitative and interventional approach. The following research instruments were used: 1) participant observation; 2) collection of documents; 3) application of questionnaires: 3.1) Free Word Association Test – TALP, 3.2) Kolb Learning Style Inventory, 3.3) Questionnaire on ABP. To analyze the data collected through the research instruments, techniques were used to favor triangulation: Similitude Analysis, Discursive Textual Analysis – ATD, Prototypical Analysis for data collected using the TALP technique and Analysis of crossings between variables. However, it was found that the PBL methodology, using the “Be Active” platform, proved to be effective in promoting the development of attitudes and skills in students. The majority of participants reported having acquired and improved specific entrepreneurial skills through this methodology.

Entendem-se que a utilização da metodologia de Aprendizagem Baseada em Problemas – ABP ou Problem-Based Learning – PBL, auxiliará o professor em sua prática docente e facilitará o processo de ensino e de aprendizagem dos estudantes, promovendo a autonomia no ensino e a participação entre pares. A pesquisa visou promover nos estudantes do curso de Administração a colaboração entre seus pares, o desenvolvimento de conhecimentos, habilidades e atitudes por meio da resolução de problemas na disciplina Contabilidade Empresarial utilizando a metodologia ABP na plataforma “Be Active”. O objetivo geral da pesquisa foi analisar como a utilização da metodologia ABP, por meio da plataforma “Be Active”, pode promover a colaboração entre os estudantes e o desenvolvimento de seus conhecimentos, habilidades e atitudes na disciplina de Contabilidade Empresarial do curso de Administração, com o intuito de melhorar o processo de ensino e de aprendizagem. Propôs, também, identificar as possíveis dificuldades e benefícios que os professores podem encontrar ao implementar a ABP por meio de uma plataforma digital na disciplina de Contabilidade Empresarial; analisar como a ABP contribui para a construção de conhecimentos, habilidades e atitudes dos estudantes no contexto da disciplina de Contabilidade Empresarial; descrever a percepção dos estudantes sobre a eficácia da metodologia ABP com o uso da plataforma “Be Active” na facilitação do aprendizado e promoção da colaboração; e examinar como a utilização da ABP na plataforma "Be Active" influencia o engajamento e participação dos estudantes durante as aulas de Contabilidade Empresarial. Apresentou como procedimentos metodológicos, uma pesquisa com abordagem qualitativa e interventiva. Utilizou-se dos instrumentos de pesquisa: 1) observação participante; 2) coleta de documentos; 3) aplicação de questionários: 3.1) Teste de Associação Livre de Palavras – TALP, 3.2) Inventário de estilo de aprendizagem de Kolb, 3.3) Questionário sobre o ABP. Para análise dos dados coletados por meio dos instrumentos de pesquisa, foram utilizadas técnicas para favorecer a triangulação: Análise de Similitude, Análise Textual Discursiva – ATD, Análise Prototípica para dados coletados na técnica TALP e Análises de cruzamentos entre variáveis. Contudo, constatou-se que a metodologia PBL, com o uso da plataforma “Be Active”, demonstrou ser eficaz na promoção do desenvolvimento de atitudes e habilidades em estudantes.
