Resumo: In the restorative approach in non-carious cervical lesions, composite resins are indicated, but little is known about the use of bulk fill in these cases. The objective of this study was to evaluate whether there are effects of preheating bulk fill composite resins associated with light curing on intrapulpal temperature and color change of restorations in non-carious cervical lesions. A root was sectioned for temperature evaluation. Restorations were performed with preheated (PA) resins (VisCalor bulk - VPA, Filtek One - OPA and Filtek Universal - UPA) and non-preheated (VisCalor bulk - VNA, Filtek One - ONA) and Filtek Universal - UNA). Temperature measurement was performed at different times: initial (t0), after 10 minutes of the tooth with root submerged in water at 37ºC (t1), after photoactivation of the adhesive system (t2), after resin insertion (t3) and after photoactivation (t4). Evaluation of the selection carried out with a spectrophotometer (VITA EasyShade), and analysis of luminosity, chroma hue, after 24 hours of restoration (C1) and after restoration (C1) and after selected coffee hours (C2). The intra-pulpal temperature was influenced by the procedures of the restorative step (p<0.05), however it did not reach critical levels. Aging influenced the color parameters of the evaluated resins (p<0.05), however the bulk fill resins showed the best brightness parameters.

O objetivo deste trabalho foi avaliar se há efeitos no pré-aquecimento de resinas compostas bulk fill associado à fotoativação na temperatura intrapulpar e alteração de cor de restaurações em lesões cervicais não cariosas. Preparos cavitários classe V foram confeccionados em terceiros molares extraídos. Uma raiz foi seccionada para avaliação de temperatura. As restaurações foram realizadas com as resinas pré-aquecidas (PA) (VisCalor bulk - VPA, Filtek One - OPA e Filtek Universal - UPA) e não pré-aquecidas (VisCalor bulk - VNA, Filtek One - ONA) e Filtek Universal - UNA). A aferição de temperatura foi realizada em diferentes momentos: inicial (t0), após 10 minutos do dente com raiz submersa na água à 37ºC (t1), após fotoativação do sistema adesivo (t2), após a inserção da resina (t3) e após a fotoativação (t4). Avaliação da cor foi realizada com espectrofotômetro (VITA EasyShade), e analisados os deltas luminosidade, croma e matiz, após 24 horas de realizada a restauração (C1) e depois de submetidos à termociclagem e imersão no café (C2). A temperatura intra-pulpar foi influenciada pelos procedimentos da etapa restauradora (p<0,05), entretanto não atingiu níveis críticos.
