Resumo: The present work has as its main subject the design and calculation of two atmosferic boundary layer wind tunnels. It is with their possible assembly at the University of Passo Fundo, to perform researches in the field of Wind´s Engineering. The work is strutured around four chapters: Introduction, where the theme and objectives are explained; Review, where the state-of-the-art is present; Projects, where calculations and design are showed; Conclusions and sugestions for future works

Justifica-se a temática deste trabalho pela sua relevância para a área de pesquisa, sobretudo, para que se possam efetuar os estudos na área da engenharia do vento. Este trabalho está estruturado em quatro capítulos que se complementam e se constituem num todo que articula revisão teórica, a qual possibilita a montagem de um documento com as especificações a serem consideradas no projeto das diferentes partes de um túnel de vento: Introdução, onde são identificados: o tema, o problema de pesquisa e os objetivos; Apresenta uma revisão bibliográfica sobre aspectos associados ao tema da pesquisa: Túnel de Vento de Camada Limite Atmosférica: Metodologia de Projeto; Túnel de Vento de camada Limite Atmosférico para a Universidade de Passo Fundo , apresenta as duas alternativas de Túneis de Vento de Camada Limite Atmosférica a FEAR/UPF; Apresenta conclusões advindas do estudo e sugestões para futuras pesquisas.
