Determinate periods of the history of a nation are specially meaning, not cause they represent a radical break with the previous social structures, politic or economic, but because in these the historic agents look to give new dimensions and means to the passed reality, with the objective of they build in the present a proper world to their proper projects. The countryman history of Ukrainian ethnic, starting from the European lest on direction to the occident, it arrived Brazil in the final of the 21st century and all the beginning of the 20th century. They were pressed in their ancestral place for the dispute of the fecund lands in a serfdom situation; these countrymen submitted themselves to the Maritime Companies to the carrying, and the colonial companies to get the place of destiny, in this case Parana south and Santa Catarina north. The historic and politic evolution of the Ukrainian people arrived to the 20th century on a way of complexity in the quest of freedom, space occupation, land for the agriculture, expression and culture maintenance. The reasons which they emigrated it was motivated by the research of land and job, to run away of the servitude that reveled in European lest, beyond of the dream of a better life. In the approach how immigrants to Brazil, they were taken to the fecund lands of the Iguaçu valley river entering to the contested region. Certain region was marked by the contested conflict after the railway construction called São Paulo Rio Grande do Sul and the land dispute. The Ukrainian ethnic overcame adversities and it managed making the European dream to countryman reality I Brazilian lands
