Resumo: Subject: This work had the general objective of promoting ways to take advantage of the business development opportunity, at Coralis, a Brazilian company, headquartered in São Paulo, Capital, specialized in color consulting and solutions for color management in different market segments. The identified opportunity is to meet the new demands for lighting systems, which arose in companies in the printing industry in Brazil, caused mainly by legal and technological changes. Application: During the diagnosis of the opportunity, it was observed that, by law and regulations, companies that need good lighting for analysis and color management in the production process, will no longer be able to rely on fluorescent lamps, until then, the only ones standardized for inspection by heart. Innovation: The development of this work will have the need to develop innovative products, processes and services, as well as suppliers capable of reaching specific parameters of the lamps for color analysis and maintaining sustainable quality levels. Impact: The expected final impact for this work is that the innovations in products, processes and services proposed, transform the company's relationship with its customers, promoting value creation, competitive advantage and increased market share with positive financial results for the business. Complexity: Fluorescent lamps, previously used for color analysis, must be extinguished from the market, making room for new technologies, with more energy efficiency. LED technology is not known in this market as a quality solution for analysis and final inspection of products and processes. The development will undergo a thorough analysis of the quality of LED technology lamps and suppliers. Method and procedures: The proposal of Marcondes, Miguel, Franklin and Perez (2017) were adopted as a methodological procedure, to take advantage of the opportunity through innovations in products, services and processes to act differently, generating competitive advantage and creating value for customers.

A oportunidade identificada é a de atender às novas demandas de sistemas de iluminação, que surgiram em empresas da indústria gráfica no Brasil, provocadas, principalmente, por mudanças legais e tecnológicas. Aplicação: Durante o diagnóstico da oportunidade, observou-se que, por força de lei e norma, as empresas que necessitam de boa iluminação para análise e gerenciamento das cores no processo de produção, não poderão mais contar com as lâmpadas fluorescentes, até então, únicas normalizadas para inspeção de cor. Inovação: O desenvolvimento deste trabalho, contará com a necessidade de desenvolver produtos, processos e serviços inovadores, bem como, fornecedores capazes de atingir parâmetros específicos das lâmpadas para análise de cor, e manter níveis de qualidade sustentáveis. Impacto: O impacto final esperado para este trabalho, é que as inovações em produtos, processos e serviços propostos, transformem a relação da empresa com seus clientes, promovendo criação de valor, vantagem competitiva e aumento da participação de mercado com resultados financeiros positivos para o negócio. Complexidade: As lâmpadas fluorescentes, até então utilizadas para análise de cor, devem ser extintas do mercado, abrindo espaço para novas tecnologias, com mais eficiência energética. A Tecnologia LED, não é conhecida neste mercado como uma solução de qualidade para análise e inspeção final de produtos e processos. O desenvolvimento passará por análise da qualidade das lâmpadas de tecnologia LED e dos fornecedores. Método e procedimentos: Adotou-se como procedimento metodológico a proposição de Marcondes, Miguel, Franklin e Perez (2017), para aproveitamento da oportunidade por meio de inovações em produtos,
