Resumo: In 2017 Brazil was facing an economic crisis. Nevertheless, the survey “Training in Brazil”, in which 500 companies participated, showed a 33% increase in the number of training hours per employee. In 2018, Brazilian companies directed an average of R $ 2.21 million in investments for Training & Development (T&D). However in the academic literature, it is pointed out that the learning process of workers in the organizational environment has difficulty to occur. Knowledge about individual learning is an important subject to be studied to improve training in companies, as it contributes to improve information interpretation and problem solving in organizations. The theory of individual learning styles, points out that the person interprets the information according to their motivations, which are influenced by the environment. The theory of values states that human values have the function of being motivational guides, which influence judgment, decisions and worldview. Organizational values are formed by the perception of workers, representing responses to problems that all organizations suffer, being guides on how the worker is expected to behave and achieve his goals in the organization. This study aims to answer the following research question: what is the relationship between personal values, organizational values and individual learning styles. The three constructs were measured with scales already validated in the country. The research population consists of workers employed in organizations located in the Brazilian territory. The sample is accidental and data collection was performed electronically. The first data analysis was performed with the statistical tool MDS to identify the structure of the concepts. Then submit the data to analysis of structural equations using PLS-SEM. The hypotheses about the relationship between the constructs were refuted, however it was possible to identify three profiles of learning styles, personal and organizational values.

Apesar disso a pesquisa “Panorama do Treinamento no Brasil”, da qual participaram 500 empresas, mostrou um aumento de 33% do volume de horas de treinamento por colaborador. Em 2018, as empresas brasileiras direcionaram em média R$ 2,21 milhões de investimentos para Treinamento & Desenvolvimento (T&D). Contudo na literatura acadêmica, é apontado que o processo de aprendizagem de trabalhadores no ambiente organizacional tem dificuldade para ocorrer. O conhecimento sobre aprendizagem individual é um tema importante a ser estudado para aprimorar os treinamentos nas empresas, pois contribui para melhorar a interpretação das informações e a resolução de problemas nas organizações. A teoria de estilos de aprendizagem individual, aponta que a pessoa interpreta as informações de acordo com suas motivações, que sofrem influência do ambiente. A teoria de valores mostra que os valores humanos têm a função de serem guias motivacionais, que influenciam o julgamento, as decisões e na visão de mundo. Os valores organizacionais são formados pela percepção dos trabalhadores, representando respostas a problemas que todas as organizações sofrem, sendo guias de como é desejado que o trabalhador se comporte e atinja suas metas na organização. Este estudo se propõe a responder à seguinte questão de pesquisa: qual a relação entre valores pessoais, valores organizacionais e estilos de aprendizagem individual. Os três constructos foram mensurados com escalas já validadas no país. A população da pesquisa consiste em trabalhadores empregados em organizações situadas no território brasileiro. A amostra caracteriza-se como acidental e a coleta de dados foi realizada por meio de questionário eletrônico. A análise dos dados foi feita com a ferramenta estatística MDS para identificar a estrutura dos conceitos. Em seguida, os dados foram submetidos a estatística descritiva e análise de equações estruturais por meio do PLS-SEM.
