In current times is required the professional know how to weave connections between different knowledge, and an exit is from Biophysics. Present in courses in the area of Health, Biophysics goes beyond human issues and is present and has an interest in biodiversity. Thinking about this, this work had as main objective the profile of the curricular component Biophysics for training in Bachelor in Biological Sciences in the contemporaneity For this we take into account the evolution of biological thinking through the paradigms of science, the relationship between the Physical and Biological Sciences in their interdisciplinary field (Biophysics) and the importance of curriculum in their professional training. The methodology used was of descriptive qualitative nature carried out through the interviews with the Biophysics professors of two public universities of Pernambuco, complemented by documentary analysis (Pedagogical Course Project - PCP -, Menus and the contents of the Teaching Plan) among the results, we highlight the limitations pointed out by the teachers regarding the physical knowledge base of the bachelors in Biological Sciences, and the spectrum of information prioritize technical laboratory procedures more than the broad impact of Biophysics. This condition occurs due to the fact that the Biophysics curricular component is common to courses in the Health area offered by the institutions, which hinders their professional identity in the labor market. With this, we emphasize the necessity of the courses investigated to review the distribution of the contents, and even its relation with the other components of the course due to its importance as a component of the basic cycle, besides the role of the teacher in seeking to adapt their training to the professional profile that is intended to develop.
