Resumo: | Currently, there is an evolution and improvement of digital technologies, with expanded computing capabilities and projects for future industries that are generating and will still generate profound and notable impacts on society. In this context and, considering that Dynamic Capabilities can be beneficial for obtaining Digital Maturity, this dissertation aims to analyze how dynamic capabilities can support the evolutionary process of digital maturity in organizations. Using a qualitative, exploratory and descriptive approach, two literature reviews were developed, one systematic and the other narrative, with a view to identifying stages and characteristics of Digital Maturity Models and Dynamic Capabilities related to obtaining Digital Maturity, respectively 16 characteristics were identified that are distributed in a non-standard way between seven stages of digital maturity, revealing themselves in the form of challenges, functional strategies and/or achievements in the advancement of digitalization. In turn, seven dynamic capabilities were identified as drivers of digital maturity. In the end, an associative analysis between dynamic capabilities and manifestations of the characteristics of the stages of digital maturity was carried out. Numerous interactions between them were identified, showing that a single capability, when developed, can contribute to different characteristics of the stages of digital maturity, with the exception of the Relational dynamic capability, which was associated with a single characteristic. It is noteworthy that the non-uniformity of characteristics throughout the different stages in the Digital Maturity Models makes it difficult to identify the benefited stage, however it is possible to identify which characteristics they may be, so that, in the end, evolution is possible in the digital transformation process as one all. The low number of identified works that were used for associative analysis is highlighted as a research limitation. On the other hand, this low number presents itself as an opportunity for joint research, and also the development of a Digital Maturity Model that presents, in addition of its stages and characteristics, which dynamic capabilities can contribute to evolution in the listed stages. |

Neste contexto e, considerando que as Capacidades Dinâmicas podem ser benéficas para a obtenção de Maturidade Digital, insere-se a presente dissertação que teve por objetivo analisar como as capacidades dinâmicas podem apoiar o processo evolutivo de amadurecimento digital nas organizações. Utilizando-se de uma abordagem qualitativa, de cunho exploratório e descritivo, foram desenvolvidas duas revisões na literatura, uma sistemática e outra narrativa com vistas a identificar estágios e características de Modelos de Maturidade Digital e Capacidades Dinâmicas relacionadas com a obtenção de Maturidade Digital, respectivamente. Foram identificadas 16 características que se distribuem de forma não padronizada entre sete estágios de maturidade digital, revelando-se em forma de desafios, estratégias funcionais e/ou conquistas do avanço da digitalização. Por sua vez, sete capacidades dinâmicas foram apontadas como impulsionadoras da maturidade digital. Ao final, uma análise associativa entre as capacidades dinâmicas e as manifestações das características dos estágios de maturidade digital foi efetuada. Inúmeras interações entre elas foram identificadas, evidenciando que uma única capacidade, ao ser desenvolvida, pode vir a contribuir com diferentes características dos estágios de maturidade digital, excetuando-se a capacidade dinâmica Relacional, que foi associada a uma única característica. Destaca-se que a não uniformidade das características ao longo dos diferentes estágios nos Modelos de Maturidade Digital dificulta a identificação do estágio beneficiado, contudo é possível identificar quais características poderão ser, para que, ao final, seja possível evoluir no processo de transformação digital como um todo.
