The main objective of this work is to assess the social organizational impacts of a Family Farming Milk Cooperative in the city of Pitanga in Paraná estate. The cooperatives have grown exponentially in the world scene, as they encompass an important number of people in their different branches and scenarios. And Brazilian context permeates this sector, and the possibility of improving Agriculture industry productivity encourages a growing increase in cooperative activity. The Brazilian agribusiness sector, the focus of this study, has been highlighted on the world scenario. However, it is necessary to understand that the Agriculture industry sector also composed by family productions, not only compounded by large rural producers. Understanding this need, wished in this work to use the Organizational Social Life Cycle assessment to measure the social impacts provided by the cooperative, thus making it possible to analyze the Corporate Social Responsibility in relation to the organization's stakeholders. The methodology was followed the proposal presented by the UNEP/SETAC's guide. Therefore, this research consists of four steps, namely: determining the objective and scope; analyzing the life cycle inventory; assessing the impacts; and interpreting the results. The results demonstrated a positive social performance in the cooperative's activities with all stakeholders. Although the overall performance was good, some stakeholders rated low performances, especially for the performance of the local community, consumers, and on the supply of its products. In this sense, alternatives were proposers to improve the performance in critical points, and to monitor the cooperative's activities on a daily basis in relation to the stakeholders. It is suggested, therefore, that the cooperative adopts the methodology continuously so that it frequently obtains indicators about its corporate social responsibility towards the local community in order to improve its social performance and promote sustainable development.
