Então, como promover, principalmente em relação aos professores, o interesse pela formação do leitor? Para responder à questão, foi realizado um estudo que resultou no desenvolvimento de dois produtos educacionais – um curso e um manual de atividades – com o objetivo primordial no ensino de literatura de forma lúdica e sedutora e, consequentemente, estimular a formação do leitor, e específicos: criar um Manual de Atividades; oferecer um curso aplicando as atividades do Manual; realizar uma exposição dos trabalhos realizados no curso e apresentar os resultados em eventos científicos. Este é um trabalho de caráter descritivo, bibliográfico, interventivo e, para tanto, realizou-se uma revisão das concepções teóricas de Bajard (2007), Campos (1999), Esteves (2010), Hutcheon (1991), Massi (2011), Coelho (1987), Zilbermann (1982), Rezende (1993), Gebara (2011), Pinheiro (2000), Altenfelder (2004), Gatti (2010), Lima (2015), Pinto (2014), entre outros, foram os suportes para o desenvolvimento da investigação. Assim foi criado o manual A Cartola Mágica das Palavras: Guia de Atividades, juntamente com o curso, de mesmo nome, destinado aos alunos do Ensino Normal, nível médio, de Cornélio Procópio-PR. Os bons resultados podem ser exemplificados pelos excelentes trabalhos apresentados, pelo envolvimento, entusiasmo e assiduidade dos alunos durante as aulas e pelo interesse de outros profissionais ligados à educação, quando da apresentação da pesquisa em evento científico. Portanto, a presente dissertação concretizou os objetivos propostos, contribuindo satisfatoriamente para o processo de ensino e aprendizagem da leitura e da literarua infantojuvenil.The absence of specific and continuous training of the professional involved in education, especially in the teaching of reading, is a constant subject in society, so such a subject is justified in the present investigation. Thus, how to promote, especially in relation to teachers, the interest in the reader´s education? In order to answer this question, a study was conducted which has resulted in the development of two educational products - a course and a manual of activities - primarily focusing on the teaching of literature in a playful and seductive way. The aim was to stimulate the reader´s education with the designing of an Activity Manual; offer a course applying the activities of the Manual; carry out an exhibition of the work developed in the course, as well as present the results obtained in scientific events. This is a descriptive, bibliographical and interventional research, and therefore, a review of the theoretical conceptions of Bajard (2007), Campos (1999), Esteves (2010), Hutcheon (1991), Massi (2011), Coelho (1987), Zilberman (1982), Rezende (1993), Gebara (2011), Pinheiro (2000), Altenfelder (2004), Gatti (2010), Lima (2015), Pinto (2014), among other supports for the development of the research. Thereby it was created the manual The Magic Topper of Words: Activity Guide, along with the homonym course, focused on the students of Escola Normal (Teaching Education), high school level in Cornélio Procópio-PR and, from the good results, it was possible to accomplish the objectives proposed. The good results can be exemplified by the excellent work presented, by the student’s involvement, enthusiasm and attendance during the classes and by interest of other professionals related to education when presenting the research in a scientific event.
