This research has as its main purpose to identify how the strategies adopted for Unit of Cornélio Procópio the CEFET-PR, for intermediary of Enterprise Management and Communitarian Relationship influence its context and unchains determinative reactions for the organizational development. The strategies of a relative Institution of Education to the enterprise context can contribute for the technological development as well as for the education of qualified human resources for the companies. Thus, it was used as a method the study of simple case, and the secondary data were obtained by means of an internal documents consultation, and the primary data by means of structuralized questionnaires within the companies selected at random. It was concluded that there has been a clear relationship between the politics interaction on university-company adopted by the Institution, taking into account the context it is inserted, developed by the cultural interaction with the enterprise and community segments adopted by the Institution. Moreover, due to such a politics, practiced since the end of the 70s, the changes continue and have the objective of offering a technological education that supports the expectations of the enterprise sector and the society as a whole and had a meaningful contribution to the transformation of CEFET-PR into Federal Technological University of Paraná, similarly to the changes in Technological Education Institutions within developed countries.
