Resumo: This research is located in the Master Program in Management and Educational Practices (Progepe) of the University Nove de Julho (Uninove), specifically in the line of research and intervention in educational management (Lipiges). The object of this study was proposed the teacher of early childhood education of the municipal school of S??o Paulo outlined in documents produced by the Municipal Secretariat of Education since the mid- 2000s. It is worth mentioning that from this object emerged the following concerns that guided and motivated The development of this research: What documents are these? What is the tone, scope, purpose, language and content of these documents? In this context, what can we understand as prescriptions for teaching practices? What teachers do the documents propose, draw and format? What is the teacher's role in carrying out the secretary's proposals according to the documents? With these research questions outlined, it was delimited, as a general objective, to analyze the prescriptions of the documents for the practices of teachers of kindergarten of the municipal school of S??o Paulo, and to draw a profile of the teacher conformed in these documents. As a specific objective, it was estimated: to describe and analyze the SME documents cited here, trying to capture what is normalized regarding teachers; establish analytical categories as to what they claim about the teacher; to compare the statements of the documents with what the legal provisions on early childhood education say regarding teaching performance: to verify the contact points of the official discourse present in the documents with what the literature says about the early childhood teacher. From these objectives, the research was developed according to a qualitative approach, which unfolds in three different possibilities in the accomplishment of a research: the documentary research, the case study and the ethnography. The universe of research was defined by the official documents of the Municipal Secretariat of Education: Childhood Curriculum Guidelines: Learning Expectations and Didactic Guidelines for Early Childhood Education (2007); Assessment in Early Childhood Education: Improving Looks (2013); Integrating Curriculum of S??o Paulo's childhood (2015); Quality standards in early childhood education Paulistana (2015); Quality indicators of S??o Paulo kindergarten (2016). Thus the research was developed dialoguing with the theoretical references, such as: Kuhlmann (2001), Rosemberg (1995) and Vercelli (2015) when dealing with early childhood education, Gatti (2009), N??voa (1995) and Garcia (1999) on the theme. teacher education, and Bardin (1995) and Bioto-Cavalcanti (2013) in document analysis. As the main result of this study provided an understanding of the scope in which prescriptions of practices are revealed in early childhood education, trends were found that shape the preschool teacher as an executor of prescriptions contained in the documents of the Municipal Secretariat of Education of S??o Paulo.

El objetivo de este estudio fue el profesor de educaci??n infantil de la escuela municipal de S??o Paulo que se describe en los documentos producidos por la Secretar??a de Educaci??n Municipal desde mediados de la d??cada de 2000. Cabe mencionar que de este objeto surgieron las siguientes preocupaciones que lo guiaron y motivaron. El desarrollo de esta investigaci??n: ?? Qu?? documentos son estos? ?? Cu??l es el tono, el alcance, el prop??sito, el idioma y el contenido de estos documentos? En este contexto, ?? qu?? podemos entender como prescripciones para las pr??cticas de ense??anza? ?? Qu?? profesores proponen, dibujan y dan formato los documentos? ??Cu??l es el papel del profesor en la realizaci??n de las propuestas del secretario de acuerdo con los documentos? Con estas preguntas de investigaci??n esbozadas, se delimit??, como objetivo general, analizar las prescripciones de los documentos para las pr??cticas de los maestros de jard??n de infantes de la escuela municipal de S??o Paulo y dibujar un perfil del maestro conformado en estos documentos. Como objetivo espec??fico, se estim??: describir y analizar los documentos de las PYME citados aqu??, tratando de captar lo que est?? normalizado con respecto a los docentes; establecer categor??as anal??ticas en cuanto a lo que afirman sobre el profesor; para comparar las declaraciones de los documentos con lo que dicen las disposiciones legales sobre educaci??n de la primera infancia con respecto al rendimiento de la ense??anza: para verificar los puntos de contacto del discurso oficial presente en los documentos con lo que dice la literatura sobre el maestro de la primera infancia. A partir de estos objetivos, la investigaci??n se desarroll?? seg??n un enfoque cualitativo, que se desarrolla en tres posibilidades diferentes en la realizaci??n de una investigaci??n: la investigaci??n documental, el estudio de caso y la etnograf??a. El universo de la investigaci??n se defini?? en los documentos oficiales de la Secretar??a Municipal de Educaci??n: Pautas del plan de estudios sobre la ni??ez: Expectativas de aprendizaje y Pautas did??cticas para la educaci??n de la primera infancia (2007); Evaluaci??n en Educaci??n Infantil: Mejorando la apariencia (2013); Integraci??n curricular de la infancia de S??o Paulo (2015); Est??ndares de calidad en educaci??n infantil temprana Paulistana (2015); Indicadores de calidad de la guarder??a de S??o Paulo (2016). As??, la investigaci??n se desarroll?? dialogando con las referencias te??ricas, tales como: Kuhlmann (2001), Rosemberg (1995) y Vercelli (2015) cuando se trata de educaci??n infantil temprana, Gatti (2009), N??voa (1995) y Garc??a (1999) sobre el tema. educaci??n docente, y Bardin (1995) y Bioto-Cavalcanti (2013) en el an??lisis de documentos. Como el resultado principal de este estudio proporcion?? una comprensi??n del alcance en el que se revelan las prescripciones de pr??cticas en la educaci??n de la primera infancia, se encontraron tendencias que configuran al maestro de preescolar como un ejecutor de prescripciones contenidas en los documentos de la Secretar??a de Educaci??n Municipal de S??o Paulo.A presente investiga????o situa-se no Programa de Mestrado em Gest??o e Pr??ticas Educacionais (Progepe) da Universidade Nove de Julho (Uninove), especificamente, na Linha de Pesquisa e de Interven????o em Gest??o Educacional (Lipiges). Prop??s-se como objeto deste estudo o professor de educa????o infantil da rede municipal de ensino de S??o Paulo delineado em documentos produzidos pela Secretaria Municipal de Educa????o desde meados dos anos 2000. Vale salientar que a partir desse objeto emergiram as seguintes inquieta????es que nortearam e motivaram o desenvolvimento desta investiga????o: Quais documentos s??o esses? Qual a t??nica, alcance, objetivo, linguagem e conte??do desses documentos? Neste contexto quais podemos entender como prescri????es para as pr??ticas docentes? Que professores os documentos prop??em, desenham e formatam? Qual o papel do professor no levar ?? frente as propostas da secretaria segundo os documentos? Com essas perguntas de pesquisa delineadas, delimitou-se, como objetivo geral, analisar as prescri????es dos documentos para as pr??ticas dos professores de educa????o infantil da rede municipal de ensino de S??o Paulo, e tra??ar um perfil do professor conformado nesses documentos. Como objetivo espec??fico, estimou-se: descrever e analisar os documentos da SME aqui citados procurando captar o que normatiza quanto aos professores; estabelecer categorias anal??ticas quanto ao que afirmam sobre o professor; cotejar as afirma????es dos documentos com o que dizem os dispositivos legais sobre educa????o infantil no que tange ?? atua????o docente: verificar os pontos de contato do discurso oficial presente nos documentos com o que diz a literatura sobre o professor de educa????o infantil. A partir desses objetivos, a pesquisa foi desenvolvida segundo uma abordagem qualitativa, que se desdobra em tr??s diferentes possibilidades na realiza????o de uma pesquisa: a pesquisa documental, o estudo de caso e a etnografia. Definiram-se, como universo da pesquisa, os documentos oficiais da Secretaria municipal de educa????o: Orienta????es curriculares da inf??ncia: expectativas de aprendizagens e orienta????es did??ticas para educa????o infantil (2007); Avalia????o na educa????o Infantil: Aprimorando olhares (2013); Curr??culo Integrador da inf??ncia paulistana (2015); Padr??es de qualidade na educa????o infantil Paulistana (2015); Indicadores de qualidade da educa????o infantil paulistana (2016). Deste modo a investiga????o foi desenvolvida dialogando com os referenciais te??ricos, como: Kuhlmann (2001), Rosemberg (1995) e Vercelli (2015) ao tratar da educa????o infantil, Gatti (2009), N??voa (1995) e Garcia (1999) na tem??tica forma????o de professores, e Bardin (1995) e Bioto-Cavalcanti (2013) na an??lise documental. description This research is located in the Master Program in Management and Educational Practices (Progepe) of the University Nove de Julho (Uninove), specifically in the line of research and intervention in educational management (Lipiges). The object of this study was proposed the teacher of early childhood education of the municipal school of S??o Paulo outlined in documents produced by the Municipal Secretariat of Education since the mid- 2000s. It is worth mentioning that from this object emerged the following concerns that guided and motivated The development of this research: What documents are these? What is the tone, scope, purpose, language and content of these documents? In this context, what can we understand as prescriptions for teaching practices? What teachers do the documents propose, draw and format? What is the teacher's role in carrying out the secretary's proposals according to the documents? With these research questions outlined, it was delimited, as a general objective, to analyze the prescriptions of the documents for the practices of teachers of kindergarten of the municipal school of S??o Paulo, and to draw a profile of the teacher conformed in these documents. As a specific objective, it was estimated: to describe and analyze the SME documents cited here, trying to capture what is normalized regarding teachers; establish analytical categories as to what they claim about the teacher; to compare the statements of the documents with what the legal provisions on early childhood education say regarding teaching performance: to verify the contact points of the official discourse present in the documents with what the literature says about the early childhood teacher. From these objectives, the research was developed according to a qualitative approach, which unfolds in three different possibilities in the accomplishment of a research: the documentary research, the case study and the ethnography. The universe of research was defined by the official documents of the Municipal Secretariat of Education: Childhood Curriculum Guidelines: Learning Expectations and Didactic Guidelines for Early Childhood Education (2007); Assessment in Early Childhood Education: Improving Looks (2013); Integrating Curriculum of S??o Paulo's childhood (2015); Quality standards in early childhood education Paulistana (2015); Quality indicators of S??o Paulo kindergarten (2016). Thus the research was developed dialoguing with the theoretical references, such as: Kuhlmann (2001), Rosemberg (1995) and Vercelli (2015) when dealing with early childhood education, Gatti (2009), N??voa (1995) and Garcia (1999) on the theme. teacher education, and Bardin (1995) and Bioto-Cavalcanti (2013) in document analysis. As the main result of this study provided an understanding of the scope in which prescriptions of practices are revealed in early childhood education, trends were found that shape the preschool teacher as an executor of prescriptions contained in the documents of the Municipal Secretariat of Education of S??o Paulo.
