Resumo: Amount of research regarding pleasure, satisfaction at work and quality of life, are increasing. In contrast, themes involving the relationship between leader and leader have shown relevance in the experience of suffering. This study presents published themes demonstrating the evolution of society in the world of work, the experience of suffering in leaders and leaders in the areas of health and education. In order to contemplate this objective, an exploratory, descriptive and transversal research with quantitative approach was carried out. Data were collected through questionnaires applied to doctors, nurses, coordinators and teachers. This is study, appropriates the theoretical assumptions of Work Psychodynamics, which base the Indicator Scale of Pleasure and Suffering at Work. The professionals of the area of the Education experience more pleasure, already the professionals of the area of the Health experience more suffering in the work. Leaders experience more suffering at work.

Leaders experience more suffering at work.Quantidade de pesquisas com relação ao prazer, satisfação no trabalho e qualidade de vida, estão aumentando. Em contra partida, temas que envolvem a relação entre líder e liderado têm demonstrado relevância na vivência do sofrimento. Este estudo apresenta temas publicados demonstrando a evolução da sociedade no mundo do trabalho, a vivência do sofrimento nos líderes e liderados nas áreas da saúde e da educação. Para contemplar esse objetivo foi realizada uma pesquisa exploratória, descritiva e transversal com abordagem quantitativa. Os dados foram coletados por meio de questionários aplicados aos médicos, enfermeiros, coordenadores e professores. Esse estudo, se apropria os pressupostos teóricos da Psicodinâmica do Trabalho, que embasam a Escala de Indicador de Prazer e Sofrimento no Trabalho. Os profissionais da área da Educação vivenciam mais prazer, já os profissionais da área da Saúde vivenciam mais sofrimento no trabalho.
