O processo de inclusão no ensino superior em Goiás: a visão dos excluídos

Resumo: This research has the goal to disclose the process of school inclusion, in the higher education, to the perception of Young people who suffer any disabilities. So, we started this investigation by reconstructing the historical context about the special education in Brazil, with a small rescue of the world facts that influenced the national policy of inclusive education. This work was developed in two parts. In the first one, one tried to register historically, the concept of the school inclusion, observing the educational discourse and the records of the movements that helped to construct this concept in the people s collective as well as its antagonistic meaning, that is, the concept of exclusion . One searched in the Philosophy and Sociology, the understanding of the school role in relation to the social and political changes, focusing the movements of school integration that started in the 1980s and the movement of school inclusion that started in the 1990s. One made a Record of the international legislation that was recommended by UNESCO, that runs this way of learning and national documents approved after 1990, that is the year of the beginning the pro inclusion movement. One started the second part with a brief theoretical discussion about the University and its social importance with a small historical commentary about the high school in Brazil and Goiás. The IES, that were chosen to compound this research were presented with the description of the observation carried out by the researcher in vestibular, when the way of preparation of these institutions to receive the candidates with disabilities. In this part of the work, that is the record and the theoretical analysis of the interviews with the young people who suffer any disabilities, trying to show how these people understand the inclusion and how they evaluate this process in which they belong to. It is not possible to perceive the inclusion of people with disability in the high school. The teens, who are in this segment of learning, have their family help and they have a not equal fight with the ones who think themselves as normal. In spite of it, they feel themselves thankful because they are in the university and then they can understand the prejudice they suffer. However we are in favor of this matter, we recognize that this people suffer all kind of prejudice and imposition by an evil society that eliminate them. It proves that the conception that we walk towards the equalities of opportunities is false.

Com tal propósito, iniciamos esta investigação, reconstituindo o contexto histórico que trata, especialmente, da educação especial no Brasil, com um pequeno resgate de acontecimentos mundiais que influenciaram a política nacional de educação inclusiva. Os resultados desta pesquisa foram organizados e expostos em duas partes. Na primeira parte, procurou-se registrar, historicamente, o conceito de inclusão escolar, percorrendo o discurso educacional e os registros de movimentos que ajudaram a construir, no coletivo das pessoas, este conceito bem como o seu significado antagônico, ou seja, o conceito de exclusão . Buscou-se na filosofia e na sociologia, a compreensão do papel da escola frente às mudanças sociais e políticas, enfocando os movimentos de integração escolar, iniciados na década de 80 e os movimentos de inclusão escolar, que tiveram início na década de 90. Fêzse um registro da legislação internacional, recomendada pela UNESCO, que orienta e normaliza esta modalidade de ensino e de documentos nacionais sancionados após 1990, ano em que inicia-se o movimento pró-inclusão. Iniciou-se a segunda parte com uma breve discussão teórica sobre a Universidade e seu papel social, com um pequeno recorte histórico sobre o ensino superior, no Brasil e em Goiás. As IES, escolhidas para compor esta pesquisa foram apresentadas com a descrição da observação realizada pela pesquisadora, no ato do vestibular, quando registrou-se como estas Instituições se preparam para receber os alunos/candidatos deficientes . Ainda nesta parte do trabalho, encontram-se o registro e a análise teórica das entrevistas realizadas com os jovens deficientes , procurando evidenciar como estes jovens definem inclusão e como avaliam este processo, do qual fazem parte. Não pudemos constatar a inclusão de deficientes no ensino superior. Os jovens que estão neste segmento de ensino contam com a ajuda de seus familiares e travam uma luta desigual com aqueles que se julgam normais. Apesar disso, esses jovens se sentem agradecidos por estarem no espaço universitário e ao buscarem reconhecimento pelos seus esforços tornam-se compreensíveis com as atitudes preconceituosas as quais são submetidos.
