The study in question, entitled "Challenges and Prospects of Innovation and Leadership in Brazil: Industry 4.0 and the SEBRATEC Program for Technological Development Consultancy," focuses on addressing essential themes surrounding industrial transformation, leadership, and innovation in the Brazilian context. The central aim of this research is to evaluate the feasibility of implementing Industry 4.0 in Brazil, with particular emphasis on elucidating the challenges inherent in a country seeking alignment with global economic shifts. To begin, a retrospective analysis of industrial revolutions is conducted, culminating in contextualizing the Fourth Industrial Revolution and its disruptive innovations, notably the use of Big Data, the Internet of Things, and Robotics. Additionally, the research underscores the challenges associated with these technologies, emphasizing the urgent need for public policies directed toward advancing science and technology, along with increased investments in professional education. Furthermore, the article emphasizes the significance of adaptive leadership within the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, highlighting the pressing necessity for the reconfiguration of management models to address emerging challenges in the era of digital competition and survival. The research draws from both classical and contemporary authors in the field of leadership, such as Kottler (1999), Magaldi and Neto (2018), Westerman (2016), etc., focusing on digitalization and integrates them into a discursive framework that reconciles tradition with innovation. Lastly, the dissertation examines the implementation of the SEBRATEC program, an initiative by SEBRAE aimed at fostering business innovation and facilitating access to resources such as credit, technology, and markets for micro and small enterprises. The results highlight the effectiveness of SEBRATEC in transforming these small businesses, enabling them to become more competitive and better equipped to face the challenges of an increasingly technological and dynamic market. In summary, this research delves into the challenges and prospects related to innovation and leadership in the Brazilian landscape within the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. It emphatically underscores the critical importance of promotive public policies, adaptive leadership, and programs like SEBRATEC, which play an essential role in advancing technological development and enhancing the competitiveness of companies in Brazil
