Social Networks of Third Sector are based on relationships between actors, whether individuals and/or institutions, around common objectives and interests, in order to improve the social reality in which they live. Thus, this paper aims to discuss both the management of the network as to verify the existence of power relations within them, seeking to evaluate to what extent an actor or a group of actors can centralize such relationships. For both, it was promoted a qualitative and quantitative case study with the Third Sector Network called Sowing, whose attendance is destined to children and teenagers in education and health areas. In total, thirty-six institutions participated in this study, conducted through participant observation and the application of a form. Thus, it is identified the profile of the Network, as well as some elements present in their management and, also, the existence of power relations within it. Through a detailed investigation of the information obtained, it was possible to prove that the network management is participatory, with shared goals and greater involvement by members, who have as their relationship base the search for information and the participation in same courses and trainings. However, it was identified a predominance of individual interests to the detriment of the collective interest of the Network, beyond a certain hierarchy fact that contradicts the principle of horizontality. With regard to relations of power, mainly through the analysis of centrality indices, it was identified that the network leaders, called facilitators, concentrate this type of relationship, given its great power of mobilization and concentration of information. Moreover, the research highlights the importance of this group to perform a simulation of the relationships network without the presence of such members. However, it is worth mentioning that, even being in possession of great power, when excluded from the network that group was not so substantial to be about to end the relationship network
