This dissertation inquired the intersex experiences as a possibility of tensing up and subverting cisheteronormativity imposed upon bodies and subjectivities. Based on the Cultural-Historical Psychology, this research was aimed at the historicity and dialectics between the LGBTQIA+ population and Psychology in Brazil. Therefore, the chosen bibliography was based on authors such as Judith Butler and Paul Preciado, among others, who were able to offer a critical stance regarding the issues related to the LGBTQIA+ population and its rights achievements. In addition, the inclusion of the author’s life’s experiences as a psychologist and an LGBTQIA+ activist was possible as a means to base the methodology, resorting to the Writing-Living method, as proposed by Conceição Evaristo (2017), as a way of academic logic subversion in dialogue with the category of Epistemic Disobedience (Mignolo, 2008). Consequently, we propose the following goals: 1- To analyze the possibilities of body’s expression and experiences, gender, sex and identity in intersex people; 2- To articulate the discussion about body, gender, sex and identity under the perspective of CulturalHistorical Psychology; 3- To formulate critical and clinical elaborations on care from an unpathological perspective for intersex people and the LGBTQIA+ community. As a result, we found: the urge of grounding unpathological psychologic practices and ethics, committed to the transformation of social conditions which produce suffering and exclusion; the possibility of binary disruption through the intersex body, which brings this contradiction since the birth of gender; the body of intersex people as a political body that can be considered as a contravention and disruption of cis and straight norms. Lastly, when affirming the intersex body as a political body, this work contributes to the development of a Psychology that is able to listen, welcome and validate diversity in human existences
