Resumo: The world market of flowers and ornamental plants have been demonstrating high growth along the last years. Accompanying this growth, it is also observed the increase of the interest by the study and production of new species with potential of ornamental use, among them the primavera (Bougainvillea sp.), a gender with many native species of Brazil. The cultivation and the production of primavera in vases in Brazil are a recent practice, and he has as need the development of technologies that they make possible the process, as the choice of appropriate genotypes, the propagation, floral induction and durability of the flowers. In that context, the selection of more appropriate genotypes to the cultivation in vase with herbaceous characteristics and semi-shrub, as well as the effectiveness of technology of vegetative propagation for maintenance of the production are primordial in the productive process. Being like this, this work had as objectives: (1) formation of an Active Bank of Germplasm seeking to the selection of accesses and futures programs of genetic improvement and propagation; (2) establishment in vitro of commercial accesses of primavera using different explants and culture means; (3) multiplication of cuttings and rooting vegetation home for the cutting technique. To the total they were collected and identified ten accesses for formation of BAG, of which two were used for studies of vegetative propagation, being just an used in the study in vitro (A1. B. glabra). In function of the obtained results, it can be said that the primavera cultivation in vitro can come to be an alternative for production of the species being used as explant stem apexes, asepsis in sodium hypochlorite 60% for 20 and a half minutes of cultivation WPM, however the established protocols in that study still don't allow the production of seedlings in laboratory. Already the technique of stem cutting was shown viable for obtaining of seedlings, could be applied to a commercial cultivation. The best results presented for stem cutting were with the use of AIB in the concentration of 1000 ppm for the access A5 (B. spectabillis), and without auxin addition for the access A1 (B. glabra).

Acompanhando este crescimento, observa-se também o aumento do interesse pelo estudo e produção de novas espécies com potencial de uso ornamental, dentre elas a primavera (Bougainvillea sp.), um gênero com muitas espécies nativas do Brasil. O cultivo e a produção de primaveras em vasos no Brasil é uma prática recente, e tem como necessidade o desenvolvimento de tecnologias que viabilizem o processo, como a escolha de genótipos adequados, a propagação, indução floral e durabilidade das flores. Nesse contexto, a seleção de genótipos mais adequados ao cultivo em vaso com características herbáceas e semi arbustivas, bem como a efetivação de tecnologia de propagação vegetativa para manutenção da produção são primordiais no processo produtivo. Sendo assim, este trabalho teve como objetivos: (1) formação de um Banco Ativo de Germoplasma visando à seleção de acessos e futuros programas de melhoramento genético e propagação; (2) estabelecimento in vitro de acessos comerciais de primavera utilizando diferentes explantes e meios de cultura; (3) multiplicação de estacas e enraizamento em casa de vegetação pela técnica de estaquia. Ao total foram coletados e identificados dez acessos para formação do BAG, dos quais dois foram utilizados para estudos de propagação vegetativa, sendo apenas um utilizado no estudo in vitro (A1 – B. glabra). Em função dos resultados obtidos, pode-se dizer que o cultivo de primavera in vitro poderá vir a ser uma alternativa para produção da espécie utilizando-se como explante ápices caulinares, assepsia em hipoclorito de sódio 60% por 20 minutos e meio de cultivo WPM, contudo os protocolos estabelecidos nesse estudo ainda não permitem a produção de mudas em laboratório. Já a técnica de estaquia caulinar mostrou-se viável para obtenção de mudas, podendo ser aplicada a um cultivo comercial. Os melhores resultados apresentados para estaquia caulinar foram com a utilização de AIB na concentração de 1000 ppm para o acesso A5 (B. spectabillis), e sem adição de auxina para o acesso A1 (B. glabra).Não recebi financiamentoporUniversidade Federal de São CarlosCâmpus ArarasPrograma de Pós-Graduação em Produção Vegetal e Bioprocessos Associados - PPGPVBA-ArUFSCarBanco de germoplasmacultura de tecidosBougainvilleaprodução de floresCIENCIAS AGRARIAS::AGRONOMIAFormação de um banco ativo de germoplasma, seleção de acessos e propagação vegetativa de BougainvilleaFormation of active germplasm bank, selection of access and vegetative propagation of Bougainvilleainfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersioninfo:eu-repo/semantics/masterThesisOnline6006007c1df45f-caf1-48c9-b07c-4d7b7c5dca11info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessreponame:Repositório Institucional da UFSCARinstname:Universidade Federal de São Carlos (UFSCAR)instacron:UFSCARORIGINALJessica Foschini.pdfJessica Foschini.pdfapplication/pdf1506013https://repositorio.ufscar.br/bitstreams/d565447c-7f66-4b25-a83d-bec20cce230b/download62ae05f51272b5095e4a867bcc20dcbaMD51trueAnonymousREADcarta.pdfcarta.pdfCarta do orientadorapplication/pdf215494https://repositorio.ufscar.br/bitstreams/fd8fe8fa-e9d4-49f8-9c54-c577ac77e926/download1163085ba5f23504788ea04c72475e0bMD53falseAnonymousREADLICENSElicense.txtlicense.txttext/plain;
