The theme of this research is “The conceptual framework of the Psychology of Difference and its relations with Political Psychology and Political Clinic”. Political Psychology differs from Social Psychology, as a new field that presents not only the collectivity as a perspective of social insertion, but thinks of individuals as political subjects, capable of enhancing an active becoming that mobilizes against the assemblages of oppression, which reinforce the logic of power and foster vulnerabilities. This research responds to the following problem: “What features of the conceptual framework of the Psychology of Difference are rhizomatically connected with Political Psychology and with the Political Clinic?”. From the non-existence of the term “Psychology of Difference” in publications by other authors, it is important to conceptualize Political Psychology and Clinical Politics, theoretically evidencing the Psychology of Difference as a rhizome. The hypothesis is that: “Having Spinoza's ethics as a starting point and the idea of difference in Deleuze and Guattari, the Psychology of Difference, thought of as a rhizome, connects to Political Psychology, as an experimental form of listening, as well as as the Political Clinic, as a practice of openness to groups and people affected by various forms of political violence”. The main objective of this research is “to understand the conceptual body of Political Psychology and the practice of Clinical Politics, with the aim of establishing relationships with the conceptual body of Psychology of Difference, as well as with its listening proposal”. This research has five specific objectives. The first specific objective is “to present Spinoza's contributions regarding the theory of affects, putting his Ethics in dialogue with the reading of his work by Deleuze and other authors”. The second specific objective is “to study the foundations of Political Psychology and its theoretical framework”. The third specific objective is “to investigate the fundamentals of the Political Clinic, as a therapeutic form of experimental listening”. The fourth specific objective is “to conceptualize the Psychology of Difference as the antithesis of hierarchization and hegemony discourses, aiming at valuing singularities”. The fifth specific objective is “to discuss how the Psychology of Difference is articulated with Political Psychology and with the Political Clinic”.
