Public governance is a theme that has been incorporated into the various sectors of public administration, requiring both a change in paradigms and the adoption of practices already established in the private sphere, but which still represent a major challenge for public managers. Institutional logics called traditional or bureaucratic, new public management and public governance require continuous reflection on what should be preserved and what should be abandoned by public organizations, given the complexity of social relations in the present century and also because we are experiencing disruptive movements almost on a daily basis. Thus, new institutional arrangements are necessary and pressing. Hence, this research evaluated the contribution of the governance and management indices of the Integrated Profile of Organizational Governance and Public Management - iGG 2021 for the obtaining the National Council of Justice (CNJ) Quality Award 2022. This is a quantitative and qualitative research developed through 9ocumentar research covering the Judiciary power that carried out the evaluation of the iGG 2021 according the rules established for the CNJ Quality Award 2022 and considered the theoretical framework related to the research topic. The main results indicate that it is not possible to state that the incorporation of governance practices disseminated by the Federal Court of Auditors (TCU) effectively contributes to the Judiciary bodies achieving the guidelines and goals established by the CNJ. As a proposal for an agenda for future studies, it is suggested the elaboration of a model of more dynamic governance and management practices, which consider the long-term vision translated in the National Strategy of the Judiciary (ENPJ), with objective and measurable goals for the six-year period and with annual follow-up by the CNJ.
