Resumo: | Due the great potential for cultivation and the difficulty of obtaining a uniform orchard with desirable characteristics by seeds, the aim of this study was determine the way to propagation by herbaceous cuttings of gabirobeira (Campomanesia adamantium) in a mist chamber. Two studies were performed in the Universidade Estadual de Goiás, Câmpus Ipameri, where was evaluated aplication of IBA at six concentrations (0, 1500, 3000, 4500, 6000 e 7500 mg L-1) with 4 replications where each one was composed by 25 cuttings, from the top and middle of them, in the first study. In the second study was evaluated the stock plant effect in rooting of cuttings by 5 matrices under IBA at 5000 mg L-1 concentration with 4 replications where each one was composed by 20 cuttings, from the top and middle of them. The mist chamber was scheduled for five daily irrigation and one night irrigation. We evaluated percentage of survivors cuttings, callus formation and rooted cuttings to 120 after implantation of the experiment. The data were transformed into arcsine root percentage and analyzed by Sisvar software, and the averages compared by Scott-Knott test at 5% error probability. No significant differences were observed at the first study between treatments, the average rooting percentage of 16.79% and the formation of callus 41.25% at 120 days after implantation. The plots ranged from 0 to 62% rooting within the treatment. Such desuniformity of results could be due to the environment that the experiment was conducted, the main problem was the distribution of nebulizers which resulted in a high coefficient of variation. The stock plants variation was observed on three levels, the overall average of rooted cuttings was 14.20%, this percentage has focused on stock plant 03, that showed 43% of rooting. These results demonstrate that there is genetic variability for selection of promising stocks plants for vegetative propagation to herbaceous cutting with the aid of growth rooter. |

These results demonstrate that there is genetic variability for selection of promising stocks plants for vegetative propagation to herbaceous cutting with the aid of growth rooter.Devido ao grande potencial de cultivo e de mercado e da dificuldade de obtenção de um pomar uniforme de características desejáveis pelo cultivo via sementes, o objetivo deste trabalho foi determinar protocolo de propagação vegetativa via estaquia herbácea de gabirobeira (Campomanesia adamantium) em câmara de nebulização. Os experimentos foram executados na Universidade Estadual de Goiás, Câmpus Ipameri, onde foram avaliadas seis concentrações de ácido indol butírico (AIB - 0, 1500, 3000, 4500, 6000 e 7500 mg L-1 ) em quatro repetições de 25 estacas apicais e subapicais no primeiro experimento. No segundo experimento foi avaliado o efeito da planta matriz quanto ao enraizamento de estacas herbáceas, sendo cinco matrizes, utilizando o AIB na concentração de 5000 mg L-1 em quatro repetições de 20 estacas apicais e sub apicais. A câmara de nebulização intermitente foi programada para cinco irrigações diárias e uma noturna. Foram avaliados percentuais de formação de estacas sobreviventes, formação de calos e enraizadas aos 120 após a implantação do experimento. Os dados foram transformados em arco seno de raiz de porcentagem e analisados pelo software Sisvar, sendo as médias comparadas pelo teste de Scott-Knott ao nível de 5% de probabilidade de erro. Não foram observadas diferenças significativas entre as diferentes concentrações, sendo a porcentagem média de estacas enraizadas de 16,79 % e a de formação de calos 41,25 % aos 120 dias após a implantação. As parcelas variaram de 0 a 62 % de enraizamento no mesmo tratamento. Tal desuniformidade de resultados pode ser consequência do ambiente em que o experimento foi conduzido, no qual o principal problema foi a distribuição dos nebulizadores que resultou em um elevado coeficiente de variação. Já para matrizes foi observado variação em três níveis, a média geral de estacas enraizadas foi de 14,20 %, entretanto esse percentual concentrou-se na Matriz 03, a que apresentou 43 % de enraizamento.
