This research aimed to analyze applications (Apps) for physical fitness and health on mobile devices. The sample consisted of three selected Apps with the criterion of more downloads on the Play Store and Apple Store platforms and a rating equal to or greater than 4.5 (scale 0 to 5 stars). For the analysis of the Apps, an adapted and modified checklist was used based on the model by Boehm, Brown and Lipow, (1976). The instrument has 63 questions covering the technical category and the physical fitness and health category. The results were collected, compiled and presented in tables and graphs. With a more careful analysis, positive and negative points were identified in the features of the Apps. In the end, through the collected data, it was possible to visualize and extract information to suggest improvements and improvements. Through the information obtained in the survey, it is expected to contribute so that the use of Apps by users is safer, more reliable and attractive and that enables better results in physical exercise practices for the most diverse audiences.
