The dynamics of Capitalist Mode of Production nowadays reveal a group of society changes that affect strongly the world of the work. The evidences of process of intensification of precarization of the work has been the subject of various studies in the social and humans science due to the relevance of this theme, specially to the working class. In this sense, this study, “The new configurations of precarization of the work in the context of structural crises of the capital: the evidences of precarization in the Brazilian reality”, aims to contribute to the reflection about comprehension of precarization of the work nowadays, trying to identify configurations of precarization of the work, since structural crises of the capital, and its evidence in the Brazilian reality. Structural crises of the capitalism, initiated in 1970, asked main strategies to face it: refunctioning of the State position and a new productive restructure of the capital. Both strategies created new configurations in the precarization of the work, based on a more flexible work and the structural unemployment. Those are the dimensions of the productive world that evidence some details of the Brazilian reality, detaching the unequal and combined mode of the spreading of capitalism in this country as well as our dependent condition. This present study shows evidences of the precarization of the work nowadays that is presented in the Brazilian reality with low salaries paid to the workers, high level of turnover of our workforce, density of flexible work which activity share is in evidence. As methodology, it is the dialectical critics by the comprehension the reality is not static, but dynamic, hence, it could have changes. The methodological process is based on literature and documental study, since this kind of study problematize and detail knowledge about this thematic. Reflections that come from this work give some ideas to the debate about the world of the work nowadays.
